Enjoyed the basic tour and the Caracol/Several experience! The Several/Caracol experience was amazing! The cats were playful and we got to pet both of them. The tour was informing. Seeing the different kind of animals and interacting with some was insightful and a lot of fun. You can tell the dedication of this family owned business and all the people who work there. Thank you for a great time!

Everyone I interacted with was very helpful. Gwen was very responsive when I reached out to purchase a gift certificate, sent a message to assist in getting the tour booked & made sure our guide knew we were running a few minutes late. Our tour was excellent-full of amazing animals & filled with interesting animal ino. The grounds were well kept, and the animals were obviously well taken care of. And last but not least, my family had a great time. Definitely would recommend to others!

The animals are something to see.. well taken care of. Hands on with some.. of course wild animals are to be respected.. Overall the knowledge and information that Gwen delivered was perfect for my grandson. Of course his favorite animal was Ash.. go figure...I would highly recommend this to all animals lover's.
