Stunning emerald green lakes!! - I had a really good experience today, our guide Mia speaks really good English, she is also very knowledgable. My friend and I have seen the beautiful scenery in the national park, it is so stunning! I have enjoyed the fullness of this trip! Definitely recommended!

Fabulous - Barry and Andrei the driver were brilliant. Whilst we were given info about the journey and park we were allowed to go round in a slow manner stopping when we wanted meeting up at the next point. It was a wonderful day and I would highly recommend doing this trip.

Great day trip in plitvice lakes national park! - Mia was great! Was able to take us through the entire park in the short time we were there. Got to see all the highlights as well as learn a lot about Croatia in general. Would highly recommend this tour.

Unique and engaging experience - The tour is perfectly organized. The park deserves a lot and is really beautiful, a once in a lifetime experience. Special thanks to our guide Mia, who in addition to accompanying us in this adventure was very helpful and patient seen the very large group, the only flaw since you had to wait often for latecomers.

Awesome!! - We had a great time! Despite the unideal weather conditions, Mia made sure we had a great experience and made sure we got the best possible views in the park. Would definitely recommend this tour to big groups.

An unforgettable experience, with organizational problems - The experience was crazy the scenery is breathtaking, it absolutely must be done. We took route B, which turned out to be perfect because of its rich scenery. The guide was at the top, kind and attentive. That said, we must note one negative point: the organization. When we arrived in the morning we had no idea about the organization of the day, whether to have sandwiches or not,... While the hours are well calculated. They could put about the details of the hours on the program (7am departure, arrival 10.30am, restaurant around 3pm...) without knowing this we bought sandwiches in the morning when we could have eaten at the restaurant. In addition, you can either pick up the tickets on the official website, or in the morning before leaving on the bus at the register, or take an offer with the tickets included. It's a little confusing. Other than that it was an unforgettable experience, I advise.

Amazing photos and sites - but think ahead - We had a great time with the sites on this tour and the tour guide Mia did a fantastic job getting us from place to place and giving us information and history. In hindsight though, we wish we broke away from the tour group and instead went around the park ourselves, as we could have seen more without the rest stops, toilet stops, lunch stops and frequently waiting for the whole group to get together and catchup - this would have given us another hour to explore, rather than rushing through. The group (52 people) was also too large and crowded every space and viewpoint we went to, and many of the group members were pushy and cut-in when lining up. This meant the people who patiently waited missed out on photos as the group had to "move on". Recommending that people think about what works better for them prior and communicating with the tour guide, as they will help you with logistics.

Good. - We went on a day trip to PLITVICE from Split.. it was a decent trip with coverage of both upper lakes and lower lakes.. I would hve preferred more time to wander on own.. but overall a good trip.. my guide was Mia.
