Become one with nature - Just relax, hike and enjoy nature. Since we had nice weather it was one of the most beautiful experiences in Croatia for me.

Beautiful tour. - Great experience. Your guide Barry was the best. Would go on another tour with him for sure. Very knowledgeable and personable. Driver Anton was obviously experienced at driving.

Don't miss this trip -- It's an amazing place - Went off season on a drizzly day but did not dampen our spirits. Yes, there is a giant -and I mean giant- waterfall but there are actually very many waterfalls all through the park. You will hear the rushing water nearly everywhere you walk. Truly gorgeous. Only suggestion is to get in the front of the line to board the bus so you get a good seat. Our bus was full and the back row isn't great.

Good experience, a taste of Plitvice Lakes! - I really am glad we booked a tour and with Barry. He's really knowledgeable, funny and has done this tour a billion times so he knows what he's doing. November is off season and we were in a group of 9, which was easy to manage and even keep an eye on each other in case anyone trailed too far behind. The drive takes a while to get to the park but we just wanted to see the falls and get through the park as much as possible as we had limited time in Croatia. You better be fit enough to power walk and be good at taking photos fast. Not crowded at all during this time. There's also a reservation system now so if you didn't book ahead, you cant go into the park. We didn't know that and were thankful Barry and his team handled it for us. Make sure you eat some food before the trip and have some water and snacks for the ride.

Great experience travelling with Barry - Barry was a very good tour guide. He is organised, explains everything clearly and also gives us time to explore things ourselves. It is a great experience travelling with him.

Great way to see Plitvice - Really amazing tour!! Our guide Harris was extremely passionate and high spirited which made the whole experience enjoyable. The drive to/from is a bit lengthy, but you’re in the comfort of a coach van, and have around 4 hours at the park which breaks it up nicely. Going with a guide in hindsight was such a great decision, as the park is massive with numerous routes, so we got to see the best spots without worrying about time! Highly recommend!

what a walk/trail - It was snowing on the day we visited here on a Wednesday morning and the local guide told us that some of the routes were closed as a result. We ended up with a shorten route instead.. It was early-Dec but rather early for snow to fall but anyway we got to walk less. We were told that in summer peak the crowd can be high as a few thousands' visitors per day but in the winter lieu (like our day) it was only 82! One of the oldest and largest national parks in Croatia Plitvice Lakes National Park was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list [World's cultural and natural inheritance ], for its outstanding and picturesque series of tufa lakes, caves, and connected waterfalls. A main tourists attraction it was only the 2nd last 10 of our Balkans trip. The Local Guide shared with us that the total 16 interconnected lakes are grouped in Upper and Lower Lakes and surrounded by the large, beautiful Park. The perks include enjoying the Stunning views of the waterfalls, memorable photographs, fresher air and of course as an exercise trip too. To many of us it was a journey of hiking (not walking) as our route includes much short ridges, slippery especially with the snow. But of course throughout the journey it was stunning scenery for us, but for wildlife we only managed to see various birds' species. Not quite the otters, wild boars, skunks, squirrels, rabbits, foxes we are expecting… Likely due to the cold weather. After walking over an hour we joined in the Electric Boat Ride. Another highlight of 20+ mins across the large lake. another breathing taking views. The Walk ended after just 2 hours. Definitely a good experience, maybe next time we try autumn (breeze)..

Avoid - Initially Sugaman confirmed my booking. But after paying they ghosted me. It seems they cancelled the tour without even informing me. Didn't answer my messages, picked up the phone, nor called me back. I needed to go through Viator in order to even get my money back. But I was left stranded in Split, too late to book anything else. Super terrible experience, stay away from these fraudsters. But at the time the damage was already done. It was too late to book anything new
