Gray Line staff appalling mocking a cancer patient wouldn't help - 24 hours prior to trip we called the number no answer or put phone down Emails sent explain situation. Previous day we been on trip with booker who were outstanding On the way to boat we rang several times explained to women we have a terminal cancer patient with us her answer no my problem We pleaded for help to find the boat again reply was not problem we recorded the call by this time the person going on trip was distraught crying asking grey line to help. Unlike all other providers who have whatapp to send photo direction it's only a land line On speaking to many people the common theme is "they grey line are all about profit not customer servive" when you have a terminal illness and your wish was dismissed in the appalling manner Although the day wasted and they refused to allow us to go next week or after half trip or refund I'll share the videos on social to warn others It's heart breaking When we went in office to ask for head office we were greeted by simular disregard the video shows her ringing the other office laughing There fellow tour provider all apologised for their fellow tour providers behaviour
