Stress Free booking🥰 - It was wonderful. Coming and going. I would like to shout out Chantelle & Lisa. They were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We went to ride the RV and Ricks Cafe! Best time🥰 The two ladies went above and beyond.

Sour Grifters - Upon arrival in Jamaica, Lexus was easily identifiable by their Orange Attire. We were checked in via barcode and told which bus to board. We arrived safely at The Royalton Resort Negril without incident. Early the next morning however, we were called and asked to report to the front desk of the resort to book our return transportation to the airport. This was strange because we hadn't been at the resort 24 hours. Once we reached their desk, we were asked several times about excursion packages. I questioned why they were disturbing us since we just arrived and the spokesperson stated we are required to. I asked was my return transportation information in the system which was confirmed and I left. The Wonderful Butler at The Royalton D. Black called/texted the day before departure to confirm we were set and gave us the pick up time. Once in the departure area, Nexus Staff was asked about our departure time and said yes have a seat. 1.5 hours later, we again questioned the staff about the shuttle and they couldn't give us an answer. The one staff member called a number on her personal phone several times without any information. Frustrated that no one was helping us and kept disappearing, we called our Royalton's Butler D. Black and explained the situation. She and a Royalton Front Desk Supervisor were able to get us a ride to the airport without further incident. I was given a non-working number by Nexus Transport Staff to complain about their piss poor service. Thank You again to the Royalton for assisting in what was a very stressful situation.

Failed to have driver available for private transfer - We booked and received a confirmation number and email. All good. USD $318 FOR RETURN TRANSFER from airport to Royalton. NEGRIL. We knew we were over paying, but they were recommended through hotel. There was no driver assigned!! And they had no solution. We waited 30 minutes in the wind to see if they could find a solution, but they did not try very hard. Seemed annoyed with us. Ended up getting a local taxi. Bumpy ride but only $100 and at least they got us there. When I called company to demand refund they said "send an email". No apology or care. If they can't get an airport transfer right then no confidence. WARNING do not use Nexus.

Scammers - I booked the bamboo rafting excursion and hotel transportation to and from the airport. Don’t book with nexus they are liars we didn’t get everything that was said to be included with the rafting and no picked us for the airport. When I acquired I was told someone called our name and we didn’t come. We sitting in the lobby right by the doors and no one showed up for us. We had to hire another driver to get us to the airport!! I will NEVER use nexus again and I advise you not to as well!

Did not pick me up for the airport - I did not go on a excursion but I did make reservations to be brought to airport at the end of the trip. The driver showed up at the wrong time and I had to pay a taxi to get to the airport. I've been going back n forth with them through email/phone and although they have acknowledged the mistake, months later I'm still waiting for a refund. Please becareful yall. Highly disappointed
