Athens - Delphi - Meteora
Delphi Archaeological Museum - • In the morning, the bus driver will collect you from your hotel and head to Delphi. Here, you will visit the Delphi site, known to ancient Greeks as “the navel of the Earth,” featuring the Oracle, the Stadium (where the Pytheia Games, as sacred as the Olympic Games, were held), the Ancient Theatre seating over 5,000 spectators, and the Museum of Delphi, home to the “Charioteer,” a renowned bronze statue. Delphi is famed for the oracle at the Apollo sanctuary during the classical period.

Meteora - Thermopylae - Athens
Meteora - In the morning, visit the BYZANTINE MONASTERIES of Meteora, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Meteora is a rock formation in central Greece, hosting one of the largest and most dramatically built complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries, second only to Mount Athos. Of the original twenty-four monasteries, six remain, built on towering natural pillars and rounded boulders. Two of these monasteries will be explored before returning to Athens.
Athens - Return to Athens in the late afternoon for an overnight stay.
Thermopylae - A brief stop will be made at the statue of Spartan King Leonidas in Thermopylae, commemorating his battle alongside 300 Spartan warriors (supported by 700 Thespian warriors) against the vast Persian army of Emperor Xerxes in 480 BC.

Panathinaiko Stadio - The Athens City Tour begins in the morning with a scenic bus ride around the city, showcasing iconic landmarks such as the Parliament, the University, the National Library, and the Presidential Residence (formerly the King’s residence), where the traditional Presidential Guards, the Evzones, can be seen. The tour passes the historic Panathenaic Stadium, site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896, and the grand Temple of Olympian Zeus, one of the ancient world’s largest temples.
Acropolis - The tour continues on foot to the Acropolis, exploring its famous monuments, including the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, and the Temple of Athena Nike, each offering remarkable insights into ancient Greek art and architecture.
Acropolis Museum - After the Acropolis, the tour visits the New Acropolis Museum, a world-class institution housing a vast collection of artifacts from the Acropolis site. Guided Sunset Tour to Cape Sounio
Temple of Poseidon - A driver will pick you up from your hotel, traveling along the Athens coastline and the Athenian Riviera to reach “Cape Sounio” and the Temple of Poseidon. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the Aegean Sea! According to legend, Cape Sounion is where Aegeus, king of Athens, met his demise, giving his name to the Aegean Sea. The myth tells of King Aegeus’s son, Theseus, who was sent to Crete to slay the Minotaur, a creature half-man, half-bull. If successful, Aegeus requested white sails on the return voyage. Although Theseus killed the Minotaur, he forgot to change the black sails. Aegeus, anxiously watching from Cape Sounion, despaired upon seeing the black sail on Theseus’s returning ship, believing his son had perished, and took his own life.
