Fun in Greece - Very fun and informative. The guide was able to answer all questions. Only thing I would suggest is go to the Panathenaic stadium on your own. During the tour of Athens we were rushed for time and only got to take pictures from the outside.

Avoid choosing Mazi, a bad management agency - When we were transferred from airport to hotel in Athens, we found that Mazi mistakenly booked on dates one month later. Although we were then transferred to another hotel, it had already delayed our plan in Athens. For the two days' tour from Athens to Delphi and Meteora, we brought our backpacks on bus departing Athens, expecting that some personal items such as water and snacks could be left on bus while touring around. However, we were asked to carry all personal belongings when arriving the archaeology site of Delphi, as we would need to follow another tour guide and another bus after the visit, for onward travel to Meteora. We ended up having to carry all personal belongings when walking around the site, while other members could leave them on bus. We could not visit the Delphi Museum, as shown on the itinerary, after the visit to the site, as we had to join the other group and the guide explained that it had no time to do so. However, while having lunch at the restaurant, we found the first group we joined also arrived later, and they had visited the museum. It was clearly poor arrangement, as we could have visited the museum and did not need to carry personal items to visit the archaeology site, if the transfer were done at the restaurant for lunch. We asked Mazi for the reasons for not visiting the museum, they admitted that they had overlooked the message received from their partner, G.O. Tours, who was the tour operator. We asked for the compensation for not having the chance to visit the museum. Mazi simply ignored and didn't respond anything. With repeated mistakes and poor tour arrangements, you should avoid choosing Mazi which does not put travellers in their heart, and with bad management.

The worst experience with Viator and it's agent Mazi Travel in Greece - When we were transferred to to hotel in Athens, the staff said there's no bookings for us. Upon checking, it was found that the hotel was mistakenly booked for one month later. Although we were transferred to another hotel, it had already delated our plan in Athens. The tour included two days' trip to Delphi and Meteora. However, when arrived at Delphi, we were asked to carry all the handbags and personal belongings when visiting the ancient site, unlike other members who could leave them on bus, as we had to take another bus and follow another tour guide. We carried much heavier items than necessary when touring around the site. Afterwards we were then transferred to another bus, without visiting the museum as shown on Viator's itinerary. The new guide said it was because the new bus had to continue to Meteora, while the tour on previous bus would return to Athens and had time to visit the museum. However, shortly after we had arrived a restaurant for lunch, the tour on previous bus also arrived after their visit to the museum. This means that it could be arranged to transfer us to the new bus at the restaurant, so that we could visit the museum and did not have to carry items while visiting the ancient site. There was definitely poor management of the tour operator, G.O. Tours. Subsequently the agent Mazi Travel admitted it was their mistake as they missed the information provided by the operator that visit to museum was not included. Mazi Travel did not respond to my question on what would be the compensation for missing the important visit clearly shown on their itinerary, as that was the one I read when booking the tour. As Mazi admitted it was their oversight, they should pay a compensation to us. Simply not responding is irresponsible and disgusting.
