Informative and fun ! - A great experience! A excellent guide and driver ! She gave us a full detailed description of the areas , talked about the history , vegetation, climate, tourism and the different cultures . It was our driver first day and what a job he did navigating around those hilly roads ! A job well done !

A good short tour around... - A good short tour around Teide national park. Not much walking around required to be able to see main attractions.

Great excursion - I received a phone call, a WhatsApp and an SMS in advance with the time and the pickup point. The guide told a lot of interesting facts. I learned a lot about the Teide and about Tenerife in general.

Fantastic trip - We’ve just returned from a very enjoyable trip. We were picked up and dropped back off from outside our hotel. The bus driver was very skilled and Benjamin, our guide, was very friendly and helpful and his knowledge was fantastic. Fortunately, after a windy few days, the cable car was open today and tickets were sorted for us as part of the price. Would definitely recommend using this company to visit Mount Teide.

Beautiful views and a wonderful island - Such a good tour, never been to the island before and our tour guide Thomas was very knowledgeable and told us so much about the island and the Teide, so friendly and loved my first experience I will definitely book again but maybe a longer tour when I come back to the island again. Such a beautiful place and I recommend this tour if you have never been to the island before or if you have never been to Teide before. Thank you so much for making my first trip to Tenerife a memorable one. 😊

Would highly recommend and will be using again! - I booked 3 Tenerife excursions through Viajes Teide, namely Teide National Park Half Day Tour with Hotel Pick up, Loro Parque, Siam Park. The communication was absoutely brilliant from Viajes Teide. They WhatsApp'd and emailed me all communication including tickets. The information was very clear. I also called their +34 Spanish number which was answered very quickly when I had an enquiry. The answered all my questions very well. Also there was one morning where we we're standing at the wrong pick up point and I WhatsApp'd Viajes Teide and they responded immediately and we walked down the road to the right collection point and it was very good communicaiton all together. I was highly recommend this firm and I will be using them again.

Good experience but allow plenty of time - Must do cable car to get the views. Coach pick ups took too long. We had half day and got picked up at 7 am and didnt get back till nearly 4pm. Most of this time out was on the coach

Excursion to Teide National Park - It is possible to go with your car and not accompanied by a guide , let alone by bus . The guide brings nothing more and the bus trip is very long. But the place is absolutely to visit. It's beautiful!

Money wasted - The girl who sold us the tour did not specify that the cable car was not included. We specified that we wanted to go to the volcano. A guide picked us up from the hotel and as we headed ‘below’ the volcano stated several obvious things. Upon returning we went to complain, the girl replied that if the visit ‘above’ Mount Teide was included, it would be specified! Cosa assolutamente da non omettere mai a mio avviso!
