Amazing - Excellent from beginning to end, great tour, great guide too. If you don’t do any other tour do this one. Very reliable, stopped at lovely restaurant for drinks in the way and lunch on the way back. Service food and staff were great.

Mount Teide & Cable Car - We considered it a little pricey. Also, you were told you had 2 hours at the top, then were given a slot for the cable car, but you had to queue for 50 minutes for. On the way back despite bringing it to the attention of the tour guide and coach driver the journey was insufferable, as the air con wasn't working.

Overall not too bad - The actual trip and tour was nice but we had difficulty hearing the lady in the coach. The sound system was not clear and some people around us were talking so we missed some of the information. Some of the information wasn’t very clear either, where the coach will be parked and meeting point.

Wouldn’t Bother….. - It was a very very long day, the cable car was fine and we read the small print and wore suitable footwear so went up and had a walk around and some lunch in the cafe. The biggest disappointment was the almost 6 hours we spend on the coach. The host on the coach was great and very informative but they just need to plan a bit better and only do pick ups from close areas. I word of a lie, just shy of 6 hrs on a coach with a 2 hour stop at the volcano in between. It’s just way too long and dampened our mood knowing we’d have the same 3 hour journey back. I wouldn’t bother going again, it seems hiring a car and trying to park would be equally as difficult.

TIMO SCAM - It is the largest scam that exists on the island of Tenerife. Everyone be very careful what you hire. They're not fulfilling the contract.

poor Service - Actually, a disaster that tickets are only available online. That's just bad. Especially since it is also pointed out to the purchase on site. Hu

They wouldn't let us up - We arrived 8 minutes late and he told us that he had already climbed the cable car and that he would not let us climb later, that if we had any justification that would convince him to make the modification he would let us climb, but not. The reality is that the car was not pulling and there was jam and we have taken longer to arrive than planned. We have lost almost €200 and I personally have been rudely spoken to by the manager without me speaking badly at any time. Because you weren't convinced by our problem, you've grounded us. Nice experience I took from Tenerife, I came from Zamora to see it.

Watch out for the very small restrictive information on the booking ticket! - Refusal of access to the activity Cable car and sunset because a family member had shorts (and a mountain jacket), no discussion possible for a postponement or refund of our 219€ As much as the organization insists on its website and emails sent on the need for closed shoes, the message on the pants is confusing according to the documents: sometimes it is a “recommendation”, sometimes it is noted “suitable clothes” and only in very small print drowned in the mentions of the post, it says “no shorts”... I think every day customers are turned away for this reason of shorts (On the day of our activity, another family had the same problem as us) and nothing is improved, we were really disappointed with feeling to serve as a cash cow. VolcanoTeide has a monopoly and customers will continue to flock...

IT'S SOME TAKE MONEY - IT'S A FEW TAKES MONEY!!! My experience was as follows: we went upstairs without tickets and there was no room, in line, the worker only warned us about the shoes, because we were wearing flip-flops, shorts and short sleeves. Well, we bought 3 tickets to watch the sunset the next day, for a price of 197€, which I find abusive but we wanted to live the experience. We arrived at 6.30pm as the visit was at 7.15pm. We stand in line and the workers tell us that you cannot access them with shorts, well you buy the pants in the store and problem solved... well, no, the store was closed. We saw several people wearing a sweatshirt as trousers, my partner who wore shorts does the same and incredibly they won’t let it go, he was totally discriminated against. I sent the corresponding e-mail to claim and they do not return the money 🤑, which is all they are interested in since they have very little empathy. Since they left a 9-year-old girl with the illusion of living the experience WITH her father. Besides it is not worth what they charge, a 20 min walk to see little, do not believe that you climb above all... WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY STEAL AND RAISE THEY MUST MAKE VERY LARGE POSTERS INFORMING OF THE RESTRICTIONS AND ALSO GIVE COURSES TO THEIR WORKERS. In short, reading the fine print well once you buy your ticket and always buy before you go up, since once up you can do nothing, just resign yourself.
