• Timanfaya National Park - After an early pick-up, we’ll go to the port to board the ferry to Playa Blanca. The action starts straight away with a visit to Timanfaya National Park, which is home to a third of the island’s 100 volcanoes. Admire eerie landscapes of fantastic forms in shades maroon, red, grey and black. You’ll also be treated to a few party tricks courtesy of the geothermic earth below you.

If Lanzarote’s skies were of a different color, one might mistake it for the Moon or Mars. While those celestial bodies may be far away, reaching Lanzarote requires only a 30-minute boat ride from Fuerteventura for an experience reminiscent of extraterrestrial landscapes. In a single day, you’ll get to explore Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo, and a winery.

Your day starts with an early pick-up, followed by a trip to the port to catch the ferry to Playa Blanca. The adventure unfolds immediately as we visit Timanfaya National Park, home to over 33% of the island’s 100 volcanoes. Marvel at landscapes resonating otherworldly charm, exhibiting hues of maroon, red, grey, and black. The geothermic energy of the land underneath us also allows for a few intriguing displays.

Venturing to the seaside edge of the park, we’ll head towards El Golfo and marvel at the green lagoon juxtaposed against a black beach and the nearby Hervideros cliffs, created from molten lava interacting with the sea. We also make a stopover to understand the advantages of aloe vera. The day wraps up with a wine tasting session in La Geria.
