Outstanding and all round brilliant - First of all I would like to comment on communication with the company - it was outstanding. I originally booked a whole island tour on getyourguide but had presence of mind to ask about joining it from a cruise ship. Immediately I was informed that it was not suitable and a different arrangement can be made for us. I had messages from the company a day before, updates in real time on the day. The tour itself was amazing value for money. Cruise ship passengers take notice - it cost one third for four times more than a cruise ship excursion. We have done only one part but have seen massive number of things. We were picked up and dropped off at the port. Fantastic guide, brilliant driver, entrance fees included in the price. I would not hesitate to book through them again.

Fantastic Views Fantastic Place - The place is amazing, views are fantastic. It is an intricate labyrinth of caves or lava tubes/tunnels it is very uneven down in the caves so you have to be careful I would suggest that it is not a place for people with wheelchairs or uneasy on their feet. The water below is cold and still with blind white crabs living in it. The reflections make a great picture. Above ground is the pool, it is so white around it looks like snow. Apparently one the King of Spain is allowed to swim in it although it does look like they hold parties there. There is a coffee/snack cafe in the cave but give yourself plenty of time if you are on a coach trip, we didn't get time to have a cuppa. Worth the trip, very well worth the trip.

Excellent day - Excellent trip. The caves were outstanding! Great tour rep and everything went on time and despite a problem with our bus on arrival at our 1st stop our rep had a replacement bus waiting for us when we finished our 1st tour so no disruption at all. Well done. Knowledgeable, efficient and humerus rep 👌

Wonderful excursion - Wonderful excursion with many highlights. Very good tour guide and driver. Only minus the wine tasting, too massive and only 1 wine allowed to taste. Have a good wine tasting with several wines and less mass.

Best highlight tour - This was our first excursion of our holiday and an absolutely amazing day despite the rain it was very warm. Vanessa and Sebastian were a brilliant team who explained everything about the different highlights in great details. The camel ride was a lovely addition taking you around a small area not available by foot and gift shops along the way were very cheap also. The views were so good and Vanessa was very funny. Definitely a must do for those who like to explore

Nice, but too many participants. - The guide was very personable and positive, but there were too many attendees (63). We could not all hear her many times. Also the camel ride was not for all of us.

Great itinerary but tour overbooked - Great itinerary booked through getyourguide. The tour had 80+ people which we thought was far too much. Alot of queuing for facilities as most places only had 2 toilets. Couldn't really hear alot of the information or see demonstration due to volume of people. Definitely would not have booked if we had realised it was such a large group. The journey back a bit of a shambles as the guide took a group back to playa blanca and the driver didn't speak English so was very chaotic...
