Great day out - Not overly busy, beds available, queues none existent, my kids (14 & 17) loved it as did we the adults, prices fair and food prices also. We went 5th Sept so the uk kids had already left to go home so it was not crazy busy, you have to use your common sense and expect during uk school holidays it will be very busy. Some people I think forgot this and write bad reviews.

Our 8 and 9 year old loved this waterpark - We went with an 8 and 9 year old and they loved it. We had read very mixed reviews but decided to give it a go and were glad we did. The staff we saw were not rude or impolite and the place did not seem unclean. We went on an afternoon ticket and stayed 2.5 hours. It was possibly a bit on the expensive side but giving it a 5 as the children had a really great time which is what we wanted.

Enjoyable experience. - The park is huge is one of the biggest water parks I’ve seen personally. It was busy but not heaving. We decided to go half day and I can honestly say that was enough time for me and my partner it cost us half price for a half day. They had lockers you could rent both big and small but problem is you get a code on the receipt and you wonder where to put it when in the pool on slides. My partner had to take his phone to hold the code. You can waterproof your phone in a plastic case and we also bought an arm band for him to keep it is which we were glad we did and his phone was perfectly fine. Always lifeguards about and they were very helpful. About 20 mins walk inland from Costa teguise centre so easily walkable. We would definitely visit again. I would have given it 5/5 if the code situation for the lockers were better maybe keyed or something I’m not sure.

Fun day out - Visited the waterpark on a Sunday in August with my family. We booked the tickets online beforehand, €26 each. There was only a small queue when we arrived. We paid €7 for a locker and you can pay by cash or card. However, the 6 digit locker code gets printed on a piece of paper. So if you can’t remember the code where are you supposed to put the piece of paper to stop it getting wet on the slides? The slides are good fun, there just aren’t enough staff/lifeguards to watch all the slides. At one point there was one lifeguard watching 3 slides at once and people were just going down as and when they pleased, regardless of if other people were still on the slide or in the water at the bottom. Be careful on the yellow tire slide. One member of my family flew off the tire on the sharp turn and banged his head on the slide and had a big lump on his head. The lifeguard at the bottom of the slide was just looking over and laughing, he didn’t come over to ask if he was ok. But then when he realised he’d banging his head he just looked away. The long blue slide that runs around the edge of the waterpark was fun but waiting for people to come down with the tires at the end was a pain, it took about 20 minutes to get a tire. So the park could do with getting some more tires. Other than that we didn’t have to queue for more than 5 minutes to get on any of the slides which was good. There are plenty of sun loungers around the park, however some of them are a bit dirty and have green slime on them, could do with a clean. Most of the waterpark looks a bit dated and could do with a clean and a fresh paint job, this could potentially be done in the quiet seasons? The food was nice and reasonably priced. There is a shop onsite too selling drinks, snacks and gifts/merchandise. Throughout the day there was a photographer taking pictures and these could be viewed and purchased near the entrance/exit of the waterpark. There is a taxi rank outside the waterpark but we had to wait quite a while as I think the local market is on a Sunday.

In need of some TLC / Could have been better. - Went to the waterpark with my family reasonably priced 4 adults €26 euros each if you buy online you receive 8% off. When we arrived it was very quiet no queues. €5 for small locker €7 for large pay by card or cash & it issues you a locker and pin number on a piece of paper which is absolutely pointless as where can I put this paper if I'm going in the water (take a waterproof bag clear bag) & it also asks for a backup phone number which I'm not sure why they need this, it must be because your paper with number on has turned to paper mache but I can't access my phone as it's in the locker!!. The park is good don't be put off it could just do with a lick of paint / jet wash in the quiet season. Rides are very good just not enough staff to man the rides it's so confusing. Beware of the yellow tyre tube, this ride is a accident waiting to happen. I flew round the bends & I was frightened of going over the edges as I got to the last two bends the tyre tipped me over & I thumped my head on the slide & the tyre shot off I was so worried someone was coming behind me as nobody knows who's got off before next person comes down. I was holding my head and my vision went blur the sos guy was in stitches that I was near drowning in the water struggling to get out. I got on the side & sat down & the sos guy just ignored me & looked away I came away with a big egg shape on my forehead (see picture). The rest of rides are good just not enough tyres budget must have gone after 10 tyre tubes (come on aquapark it can't be that expensive for 30 tyre tubes). Food was reasonable priced for what you got plenty of loungers again like the pool all green marks on everything. Toilet faciltys are OK the floor on the ramp is very slippery once it's wet. Had to wait a while for a taxi but was told this was because the markets are on Sundays & the cabs are busy. Overall apart from my accident really enjoyed the park just needs more life guards ride operators & ones who care about there job. Not sure I will visit again. But I did enjoy most of what was on offer.

Endless queues and boring slides - Another time of year I don't... But in August highly recommended. There's height limit on the slides... But not because the slides are dangerous... But because the pools cover 1,20;1,40... Etc. I don't understand, if the danger is children... Normally, parents will take care of them. So a 0 the height limitations. Endless queues... On some slide you have to queue down... And don't climb until you've come off the slide. Few doughnuts or boards.... So more queues..... There are children from the area in a kind of playhouse and / or camp .. that my mother would have liked a girl will listen to her parents the barbarities she said about tourists and did not respect queues or anything. Lifeguards all the time on top of you if you take off your glasses, if you take off your watch... Gentlemen in line you can be wearing glasses! There was a very nice and nice new lifeguard... Just the rest. Summary boring park with many queues and little material. Of course, clean water and sunbed area correct

Basic, rundown and felt we were an inconvenience - Not recommend. Booked an afternoon visit as a treat for the family. At nearly 100 Euros for an afternoon expected better Have been to one in Benidorm last year and loved it. Whilst small thought it would be good but not clean, rides lack equipment meant queuing for a long time and shutting everything at 4.45 even if you were in the que and packing beds around you and shouting you to get out the pool at 5pm does not allow for a good experience.

Not worth the money and can’t wait to leave - Queues were terrible. All the sunbeds taken with towels on them but no one around. Not an enjoyable afternoon. Could have done without it.
