A Great Tour of Soweto with Mawesa - Mawesa was my guide along with his partner (I'm apologize I can't remember his name). It was a wonderful tour. He shared so much deep knowledge and history about Soweto and its people. It was a vigorous and thorough tour as well. Highly recommend Mawesa. He was kind, hilarious and very easy to talk to.

An experience I will not forget - A very detailed and immersive tour retracing the history of South Africa, apartheid and the township of Soweto. A clear presentation of the economic and social legacy of segregation. Very happy to have shared this moment with my guides! I recommend to everyone the guided walking tour. For information, the guides speak English. Thank you again for this experience that I will not forget 🙏

Best tour I have ever done! - Probably the best walking tour I have ever done. Our guide, Maweza, was the most knowledgeable guy and could tell us everything about the town he grew up in. Also felt completely safe the whole time, if that is something you are concerned about: don't be! So grateful we got to experience this while in Johannesburg. Honestly an experience I would recommend to everyone.

This tour was great! We... - This tour was great! We had a very nice guide and he showed us all about Soweto. It helped to take our fear about Townships away and replaced it with appreciation and respect for the locals. If you want to see different sides of South Africa, you should do this tour!

Mandatory visit - Super interesting visit, very requested guide and with a lot of knowledge of the area. It's worth seeing that other side of the city beyond the history of Mandela
