Join us for an hour-long guided jet ski tour on the beautiful waters of the Virgin Islands. Feel the power of driving your personal jet ski throughout the waters of the Caribbean at your own speed around the adjacent cays of St. Thomas including Hassel and Water Islands. The tour will include a few stops throughout the adventure for your professional guide to highlight the area. You might even witness a plane landing at the airport!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Prices are per jet ski.
Must be an adult (18+) to operate.
Adults (18+) must operate their own ski.
Child riders are free (ages 10-17).
Children less than 10 years of age are not permitted.
All participants must know how to swim.
- Adults (ages 18+) must operate their own ski. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a ski.
- Child riders are free (ages 10-17). Children less than 10 years old are not permitted.
- All participants must know how to swim. Participants will be required to swim approximately 20 yards and climb aboard the ski unassisted prior to departure. This is to simulate ocean reboarding should the participant be tossed from the ski during the tour.
- Operators are not allowed to participate if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If suspected, the staff reserves the right to cancel the tour with no refund.
- A credit card deposit is required to operate.
- Single operators cannot weigh more than 250 pounds. Operator and rider combined cannot weigh more than 350 pounds.

Sunny was absolutely... - Sunny was absolutely fantastic! As new jet ski riders, we appreciated his immense patience and guidance throughout our adventure. He led us on an extraordinary tour, showcasing stunning coastal views and hidden coves, all while ensuring we felt safe and confident. His enthusiasm for the sport was infectious, and he shared valuable tips, making our experience even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to jet skiing!

Lots of fun !!! Took us... - Lots of fun !!! Took us to lots of places around the island and even showed us a tiny island called water island that you can only get to by boat or jet ski!

Great time and knowledgeable staff! - Awesome time and very knowledgeable staff! There were four of us who went. The staff took time out to go over everything and make sure we were ready to go. Jet skis were fast, and we saw a sea turtle and some cool beaches. Would do again!

Awesome experience best part of trip - Devin was awesome ! Highly recommended as an excursion for St.Thomas. The sea turtles came up to the jet ski to get awesome pics we were able to see planes take off from the water. One of the best Jet ski tours I’ve been on !

Spend your money on a more enjoyable tour elsewhere - Do not bother if you are not avid jet skiers. The guide was an absolute jerk to my son and nephew (19 & 20 year olds). he gave zero instructions other than his hand signals for kill the engine and slow down and then was the jerk of the century when they knew nothing more. Neither of them have ever driven a jet skiers before. They were only on the water for 30 minutes or less and we paid for an hour. Find something else to do with your time and don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. We will be back to St. Thomas, will we NOT be back to this excursion.

Took money - When we got there they said experienced drivers only u can only follow them not ride beside . Grails him made my waves higher which is hard to follow .

Disappointing experience - If you have little to no experience with jet skiing, this is definitely not the place to start. The guide was completely apathetic to the needs of his clients. All he would say was “you have to go fast” and “if you can’t keep up, I’ll have to take you back”. I ended up catapulting into the ocean and asking to go back after about 15 minutes. I have been snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, bicycling and lots of other activities, and I was so excited about jet skiing. This was quite a disappointment.

Terrible Jet Ski Guide and Tour - The Bad: My partner and I did the jet ski tour from the Westin at Frenchman's Reef with Kemio and had an awful time. This young man is knowledgeable with jet skis and ocean safety, but is not a people person and should not be working with tourists. He is not friendly, approachable, or engaging. In fact, he was all business and at times came off as threatening, stating if we could not swim 40 feet to the jet skis we wouldn't be able to go or if he saw us "nose diving," he'd bring us back. Yes, this is important information, but my goodness, why verbalize it in such a threatening way? I guess we looked like were going to make trouble for him so he felt the need to nip our rule-breaking in the bud? Bizarre.
Anyway, he did not introduce himself or ask our names, and at no point during the tour did he offer to take photos. Isn't that Tour Guide 101? There were two idling opportunities he could've stepped up his guide game but instead he chose to be on his phone. Halfway through the tour he got angry with me, standing on his jet ski pointing and yelling and carrying on; I could not hear him over the jet ski motor since he was far away, but I can assume he was upset that I was lagging behind him and my partner.
He cut our tour short by 15 minutes because the rough seas prevented us from going to the last spot. Why not spend those 15 minutes in a calmer area or an area we could take photos? Because he didn't want to be there and wanted to end the tour early. When we prepared to dock the jet skis, he became visibly annoyed because we couldn't hear his commands to idle at a particular red buoy — there are two and it's impossible to hear him from so far away or see his waving arms with the sun behind him. I laughed when he asked for a tip.
The entire experience was awful and this is likely not an isolated incident, so if you book during the week, you stand a good chance of experiencing the same unpleasant tour.
The Good: Charisma (I'm probably misspelling that!), the assistant manager, is wonderful — wish she could've been our guide! She helped us with a payment change, was quick to respond to my tour feedback, and offered acceptable resolution.
Tip: If you're staying at the Westin, you can charge this excursion to your room.
