The sandy plains are sprinkled with modest vegetation, providing a stark yet harmonious contrast to the area’s distinctive erosive rock formations.

A must see with a fabulous guide! - Wow!!! What a phenomenal hike! We decided to do this hike when we didn’t get a permit for the wave…it was top notch! Our guide Jeff was phenomenal! So friendly and knowledgeable about the landscape. I would highly recommend this trip through coral cliffs tours!

Amazing Experience at White Pocket - This was an amazing thing to see, and we never would be able to drive there ourselves or find the best views. We rode in a comfortable SUV with an expert driver and guide. It’s a bit of a drive on bumpy terrain, and SO worth it!

Great tour! Some of the most interesting terrain on our planet! Quinn was a fantastic guide. - Deep sandy trails where some 4 wheelers bog down means don’t do this on your own! Also guides know best spots to see, where to take pics etc Quinn’s PhD education means you will learn lots and have fun. Great guides on all our tours in this region

White Pocket Wanderings Not to be Missed - My husband and I went to White Pocket with Kyle, our guide, from Coral Cliffs. It was a fabulous day, beginning to end. Be prepared for a long ride, but that is part of the adventure, riding on the sandy, bumpy rut-filled road.
Once you are there you may question if you have left planet earth because the rock formations are unlike anything you've seen before. Every corner we turned or peak we came over brought a new view with new swirls or patterns in the rocks. Kyle was able to answer questions about how the rock formations were formed, about plants, about the cattle who come to drink out of the "pockets", etc. It was very interesting!
This is not like other tours where the place is crowded and you all follow a path on the rushed schedule of the guide. In fact, once you walk a short path to the rocks themselves there is no path at all. You just get to wander over the rocks and explore, without crowds! You can keep it easy, or you can stretch yourself on a little more challenging climbs.
All in all, it was one of our favorite things we did on our trip, and I say it is something you simply can't miss! Thanks, Kyle, for a wonderful experience!

Utterly alien landscapes with a friendly human guide! - A mind bogglingly unforgettable experience with a truly amazing guide & driver (shout out to Raymond!) from a really well-coordinated tour company (thank you Julie!) I cannot recommend this tour and place enough especially if you're driving through Kanab, UT. Ray was patient, knowledgeable and really skilled at navigating the tough sandy terrains on the way to White Pocket, and made sure that the entire trip was an absolute delight mentally and physically. He gave us tourists ample time to take pictures, walk around and also shot some great & thrilling panoramas for us to keep those fun memories forever. Will come back again when in the area, to take a different tour with Coral Cliffs because they are really that great!

Amazing Arizona Adventure - The booking process was seamless and they were very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation.
My sister, brother-in-law and I
had the pleasure of enjoying a guided tour at White Pockets. Our guide was Quinn and he made our adventure, fun and informative. He was very attentive to our ability levels without compromising the experience.

Unforgettable Experience - Our spectacular adventure with Coral Cliff tours to White Pocket, with Quinn as our guide was unforgettable. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and passion for the outdoors was evident from the start.
Quinn drove us safely and comfortably through the crazy backcountry roads. And then led us on an exploration of the otherworldly sandstone formations, sharing fascinating geological features and stories. He adapted to our pace, answered our questions, and even helped us capture incredible photos.

Worth the visit - I visited White Pocket, a wonderful place, still not well beaten, the guide was essential not only to accompany us on the spot for a dirt road passable only with 4×4, but also gave us some nice info about plants and rocks of the place. Price maybe a bit high for a half-day excursion.
