Fantastic horseback riding - We had an unforgettable time. Our guide Marco was very helpful and gave us advice when needed. We have never been before on horses, so I can recommend the tour even for absolute beginners.

The booking was not good... - The booking was not received by the tour organizer. In short, they didn't know we were coming. Luckily the guide was still there, he went to call and three quarters of an hour later we were on horseback. Despite the difficult start we made a nice ride. The guide has told many interesting things about the environment, the history, rituals of the Navajo Indians, the use of different plants and meanwhile we drove around in a beautiful and surreal environment! The horses are very experienced and seasoned, animals you can trust.

Like cowboys - Magical moment near west mitten butte. The whole imagination of the westerns of our childhood has come back. My horse Boss was beautiful and our guide Navajo was nice.

fell down - lamentable experience, when we arrived the horses were not ready, they prepared them quickly; my granddaughter’s horse was very nervous and reared up, she fell and got dragged; it can happen but she was hurt and they let us get along, the horror

Nice horse him - To flee!!! We had booked several months in advance and of course paid ... 1) 500 euros for an hour tour for 4 people too expensive but I accepted this price because the place and beautiful and this experience could have been fabulous .... When booking I fill the ages of our children, one of whom is 11 years old ..... between the time of booking (March 2025 ) and the excursion (August 2025) the regulations had changed and the excursion no longer accepted children under 12 years old. Obviously no one notified us in the meantime which would have allowed us to cancel this excursion and get refunded. 2) In short we show up on the day of the excursion 30 min before as requested... no one was present employees arrived 5 min before .... 3) The employee does not say hello to us any sign of human warmth and immediately asks us the age of our youngest son when seeing him. We answer 11 years and there he explains to us the famous rule of under 12 forbidden .. we show him the confirmation of reservation or it is well mentioned 11 years on the age of it and on the amount was paid in full and we have not received any email to inform us of this new rule 4) the employee does not want to hear anything. We demand a refund it refers us to the website. We ask to speak to the “boss” he replies that his boss is even more “asshole” than him! I can't make it up. I'll use those words Asshole unless it means something else in French. 5) he ends up calling the boss himself who asks for a call back ourselves. So by the way here is the boss number that can be used for future unhappy customers , number that is not on the website +1 435-220-0775. 6) the number obviously does not answer. 7) finally we don't know much the instructions that the boss had given them but they install us on 4 horses 8) we take a 40 min walk ( 20 min of muscular discussion lost and not recovered) without any explanation from the guide who waited for us 3 or 4 times. Conclusion: -the landscape is magnificent - horses are friendly and more expressive than guides (not very complicated ) -guides are kinder than prison doors Too bad.
