These are the ideal choice for families and adventurers who want a concise but captivating outdoor morning or afternoon activity. Previous experience is not necessary.

Amazing Canyoneering and Rock Climbing in Moab with Sean - My husband and our two kids ages 13 and 14 did two climbing/canyoneering tours with Sean this past week and can’t say enough about what an awesome experience it was. The first was a climb and rappel of Looking Glass Arch and the second was Entrajo Canyon. They were very different but both were amazing. My kids preferred Looking Glass Arch for the rock climbing aspects and my husband and I preferred Entrajo for the hiking, slot canyons, potholes with water, and everything in between. Sean was terrific- totally knowledgeable about climbing, the environment, and area. He was also good at explaining everything and instilling confidence for the trickier parts. I highly recommend this outfitter and Sean if you’re able to book him.

Family experience - We had great time with Gabe. Very experienced guide. Kids had fun. Will definitely recommend. Do it as early in the morning as possible.

Best experience - Our first time canyoneering and loved it. Sean was amazing. Very patient and made sure we felt safe at all times. Great personality and interesting to talk to. Would highly recommend.

Family Adventure - First time canyoneering for our family. We did Bow & Arrow with Sean and he was a fantastic guide. Safety and knowledgeable with lots of encouragement. Awesome experience. We would highly recommend Sean and Moab Canyon Tours.

My Present Self is Proud! - Sam was amazing! I am afraid of heights and not the most fit with climbing. He wa patient, took breaks, talked me through the teary first descent and provided great info about the surrounding area, geography, canyoneering and plenty of humor. If you are a novice hiker and not entirely ready to climb a steep incline and walk across sand, there’s that before you can descend, so be aware, it’s hard. But it’s totally worth the sweat!! Your future self will thank you for the effort, I assure you!

April 1/2 day - Sam was amazing! He was super patient and understanding with an anxious member of the group. The hike up can be strenuous in the heat but it is all worth it! Again, Sam was the best guide we could imagine and I truly appreciate him for making our trip memoriable!

Sean with Moab Canyon Tours was the BEST guide - We did a 4 hour tour with Moab Canyon Tours and it was the BEST! Two of us on the trip were nervous and Sean walked us through everything and made us so comfortable. He was so knowledgeable and fun! The rappels we breathtaking and fun. Sean really knows what he is doing. We would go again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Moab Canyon Tours and Sean. It was a forever memory.

Cable Arch Half Day Tour…amaze-balls!!! - The Cable Arch half day canyoneering trip was perfect!!! The terrain climbing up and the two rappels down were amazing! The rappel into the slot canyon was amazing!! Gabe was a terrific guide!!

Great climbing - Our family (kids 14, 12 and 10) did the Cable Arch adventure this morning with Sean. What a fantastic trip with the absolute best guide!! Sean knew so much about the landscape, and also taught us a ton about climbing and rappelling! The slot canyon was really cool. Thank you, Sean!

Moab canyoneering - We had an incredible experience on our half-day canyoneering trip with James! We saw dinosaur tracks, petroglyphs and completed four rappels. Longbow arch was another highlight! James was very patient with our kids (ages 8 and 11). It was a great mix of hiking, canyoneering any learning about the history/ ecology of the area. Highly recommend!
