The 3-hour tour includes a visit to the renowned John Ford’s Point, a filming location for many of John Wayne’s western movies and Transformers: Age of Extinction starring Mark Wahlberg. Following this, your guide will take you to the park’s Backcountry and lead you to the arches.

At “Sun’s Eye Arch,” you will stand at a specific angle to gaze up into the rock arch and understand its name. Here, you will also see Petroglyphs and listen to your guide’s stories.

You will also visit the “Big Hogan,” an ideal spot for family photos and relaxing against the warm rocks. Your guide will share stories and suggest excellent photo opportunities.

In the Backcountry, you will find the “Ear of the Wind,” the park’s largest arch. Your guide will take you to a picturesque location for photography.

You will be guided to the Totem Pole and Yei Bi Cheii Monuments, where you can take photos and learn about the cultural stories behind each monument.

Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, ready for a scenic drive to Monument Valley in a comfortable all-terrain vehicle, providing exclusive access to areas of the park that smaller cars cannot reach.

The area, situated on a Navajo Reservation and regarded as a sacred healing region by Native American tribes, is challenging to explore alone. However, your guide will explain the history of the Navajo tribal park and the background of each breathtaking natural formation. With options for a sunrise or sunset tour, you’re guaranteed stunning, camera-ready views during the “Golden Hour,” a time of day cherished by photographers.

The itineraries are fully customizable, allowing you to choose from incredible locations, including iconic rock formations like John Ford’s Point, a backdrop for many John Wayne Westerns. One of the most photographed formations is the Yei Bi Chei monuments, resembling a line of tribal dancers. You’ll also have the chance to photograph the Big Hogan, a sandstone cave chamber, and Ear of the Wind, a captivating, crimson-hued arch.

At the North Window, you will have the opportunity to photograph the Mittens and Butte from various angles. Your tour guide will then safely transport you back to your starting point.
