A great wine tasting experience with a lovely tour guide. - I can speak for all four of us when I say we loved this tour. We were a group of four (x2 couples) and were joined by a group of 3 who we got with really well from the offset. The tour was straightforward to book, and we received lots of information and clear instructions of where and when to meet. We visited three different wineries and tasted a great range of wines, learning about the processes behind the different flavours. Sue our tour guide was lovely. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgable. You could see she had a good relationship with the staff at the wineries, and she made the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. She also gave us tips for our upcoming trip to Tasmania too! Highly recommend.

Great afternoon in the Yarra Valley - Our tour guide Sue was wonderful, super friendly and informative and just a lovely person to spend the afternoon with. We visited 3 small vineyards and sampled around 4-6 wines in each place. There was always enough information about the wines without it being overwhelming. Highly recommend!

Amazing Winery Tour Experience! - We loved the tour! Russell was an amazing and personable host, who was mindful of time while still allowing the group to have fun. It was a great experience and would happily tour with Local Way again. Additionally was thankful to Russell and Ray for accommodating our last minute added guest!

Perfect half day experience! - We were looking to book in a wine tour for 17 people, which can certainly be a big ask. I contacted Local Way Tours directly to confirm the arrival time back into the city as we were heading to the footy. Given the size of our group, Ray was amazing in assisting with organising the booking, and even allowing us some flexibility with timing to ensure we were back in the city. Ray was responsive, and was always helpful when I had questions or changes. We had our tour yesterday, and our group had nothing but glowing reviews. Our Tour Leader, Perry, was incredible with getting us to places, and was so happy to talk with us and bear with us while we took photos. The wineries we visited were beautiful, a great mix of traditional and new age and all different varieties we tried. If you’re looking for short and sweet tour, with a perfect amount of time and different tastes, I highly recommend!!

One bad apple - We visited 3 wineries and tasted their wines. The driver/guide was very good and very informative. At the wineries the hosts described the wines and answered question; except the first venue (Helen and Joeys) who was hopeless and rude to customers. Even telling one he as an ***** idiot.

Great Tour and Guide - Great Tour, Rod was an excellent guide and very entertaining. Even coped with an entire bus of Poms all slightly subdued as it was the day after The British and Irish Lions beat the Wallabies to win the series 2-0. The Wineries were excellent and different from our normal wines. Only slight negative was the pourings got smaller as the visits progressed, barely a thimble full by the 3rd location hence not 5*. But all very tasty. The Irish "No!" Guy on the bus (Charlie)
