Southampton transfer to London - Our ship was late docking and Kevin & the Company were extremely accommodating in changing our pickup time and even having to wait for us after the agreed time. The transfer was efficient and handled 4 of us along with 11 pieces of luggage. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Made finding transport to Central London from cruise port easier than booking a taxi! - Our driver, Peer, communicated with us well and was responsive with all of the questions I had prior to pick up at Southampton. He even showed up earlier than expected which worked out perfectly for us because we were able to disembark our cruise ship (Norwegian Prima) much faster than I expected. This was also the easiest and quickest port to get through as there was no difficulty for us to locate him as soon as we walked out with all our luggage; he called me on WhatsApp when he was only a couple minutes away and was in the queue to meet us. There are numbers out front of the Horizon Cruise terminal so i asked him to meet us where we were all standing, in front of spot 14. As soon as he found us, our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 teens) fit comfortably in their Mercedes van (which can officially seat 8) with all of our luggage. Appreciated that it was clean and had bottled waters for us too. We had a lot of luggage (2 large check ins, 3 medium check ins, and 6 carry ons) and were relieved that they all fit in the trunk. If I ever come back to travel here with my family, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. And if you are like me, a fellow cruiser that wishes to find the best and cost efficient transfer without booking through the cruise ship you were just on and don’t want a tour to your hotel, take this as your sign to book them!

Great transport from Southampton port to hotel - All went well. Driver was friendly, on time and his vehicle was clean and comfortable. It’s wonderful that he held a sign with my name on it to locate him easily.

Very reliable reservations. - Driver arrived on time to the appointment. Smooth ride back to the airport. I wished he could have arrived a bit sooner, because we disembarked early, but he was on time.

A Cut Above the Rest! - After a disappointing experience with another transfer service from our accommodation to London Heathrow Airport in our last day in London, I gained an even greater appreciation for the outstanding professionalism displayed by Airport Pickup London. They reconfirmed both the collection and drop-off locations, ensuring everything was in order well in advance, a detail that gave us great peace of mind. Upon our arrival at Southampton Port, our driver, Ali Sert, was already waiting, having arrived a couple of hours early. He promptly informed us of his presence, which was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the two and a half hour journey to London, Ali was exceptionally courteous, easy to converse with, and drove with utmost care, making sure we were all comfortable. His professionalism truly stood out. This level of service was in stark contrast to what we experienced with a different provider when we were leaving London. Excellent Car Service - Booked the pick up service from Southampton to downtown London, got off the QM2 and was headed to a hotel in London. Communication from the company prior to travel was excellent, Cunard doesn’t give you disembarkation times so I wasn’t able to confirm until onboard the ship. Having never taken Cunard, not sure if their disembarkation is always like this but we had to snake our way thru lines to get off the ship. Very strange from other line, but the driver reached out to me via WhatsApp early in the morning so I had established contact. When I saw the line, I contacted him so he didn’t have to enter the pick up area and risk getting thrown out because we weren’t already outside. Once we claimed our bags, I called him on WhatsApp and he was out front waiting for us by the time we hit the outside. Wry friendly driver, and very happy to have the extra legroom with a minivan because of the 2hr drive into London! Highly recommend this company, and I would definitely use them again.

Horrible End to a Great Vacation - Initially, the communication with the company started out well. After confirming 8 passengers with luggage from the cruise port to our hotel in London the day before our transfer was to take place, I felt sure all would go well. However, this quickly changed when our driver arrived. He was very rude. He started hollering at us in front of other passengers. He started taking videos of other passengers with their luggage. I called the main office. They said they would get him to stop speaking that way to us. However, they would only take 6 of the 8 of our group. The company “offered” to send a second vehicle at a cost of £265 for the other 2, after we had already paid for 8. I asked for a refund for the cost of the two displaced riders, but the company refused to respond. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bad experience - Very bad experience, the driver did not go out with the sign in my name and took other customers.
