Fun day out - Fantastic day out! We did the full day hire and took along our puppy dog Frankie. Highly recommend for families, couples or even if you are flying solo.

Very pleasant day in the countryside on good quality bikes . - Very helpful friendly team on the phone and when collecting the bikes . Very pleasant cycleway with lots of shade . Not difficult with e-bikes .

The creaky eight ride the river trail - WOW!!! What a fantastic experience. Thank you guys at Better By Bike, What an awesome way to enjoy the beauty of the ‘Tweed’, on the river trail journey. The latest E-bikes make the (approx) 50 Km round trip as gentle or vigorous as you choose. Any age can be found along the trail, with coffee and snacks also available on the way. The BBB team are generously friendly, helpful and patient with people at all ages and stages. We (team of 8) highly recommended this team and that experience. Ooohaaa, 👍👍👍

Perfect setup for unfit, middle-agers to get back into riding bikes! - Our first ever e-bike experience was the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, on a picture perfect Saturday morning. Better By Bikes made it so easy, from the simple online booking, the clear instructions, custom fitting of our bikes and a detailed map with all the interest points clearly laid out. The e-bikes were great, the staff were so helpful and for a couple of lazy, middle-aged newbies we had the best time, the whole day was super easy and we can’t wait to do it again!

Great First Experience to rail Trails. - First time doing a rail trail and first time on an ebike. We took the thick wheeler option for comfort and managed the trail quite easily although at low speeds these bikes are not that easy to control on and off the trail. Next time we will take a lighter option

Perfect day out for solos, couples or a group! - Picked up the bikes at Mooball and then a leisurely 1 and a half hour ride to Murwillumbar where we walked around the town and had lunch. Then it was back on the bikes and back to Mooball. We had stops on the way to catch the scenery and read all the history boards at each old station. Lots of the track is thru the bush so there is plenty of shade on a scorching day. The track itself is very easy to ride and impeccably maintained and the bikes provided were excellent. Will definitely do again on our next stay in Byron.

Highly Recommend - Better by Bike was a great experience — the staff were super helpful with advice that made the ride even better. The Northern Trail by e-bike was absolutely magical, with some fantastic stops on the return journey. Highly recommend

Amazing day and will do it again. - What a great fun day out. The scenery was amazing as was the weather. The trail was so well maintained and an easy enjoyable ride at your own pace.
