Interesting and relaxing!!! - The Cascade brewery tour so informative and interesting and the setting of the brewery and pub was just beautiful. After the tour we had drinks and dinner at the pub which we thoroughly enjoyed. A must to do in Hobart.

Great Tour Of Cascade Brewery - Went on the Tuesday Tour With Paige and was not disappointed. The Tour was Excellent in Highlighting the Brewing History of Cascade Brewing while showcasing the inner workings of the day to day Operations of the brewery, with a guided tasting at the end. Highly recommend for a first timer to Tassie and for the Beer Lover Alike

It's amazing what can be produced with only 4 ingredients and clean, clear fresh water from the nearby stream. Amazing! - It was fascinating to see how the old traditional process of beer making has been modernised and improved without losing the original flavours and sensations of enjoying a glass of beer. The speed at which the bottling machine fills, caps and labels bottles is mind blowing! Worth it just to see that

The tour guide was very... - The tour guide was very informative and the tour was not to long. You use to be able to pour a beer at the end. This was no longer available which was a bit sad.

Great tours and experience - Great tours! We did both the historic and brewery tour and both guides were engaging and informative. I will say however, if you're going to do the brewery tour, you probably don't need to do the historical tour as they cover roughly the same things.

Interesting and entertaining - Absolutely loved this tour. Our guide Paige was the best. From the story about the ghost that lives in the old brewery to the fires that burnt it down and the torrid tales of the original owner - what a shady shark!

Excellent tasting - Beautiful guided tour of this historic brewery, probably the oldest in Australia. It is possible to enter and see different environments inside, and then go to the Café across the street for a final tasting of 4 beers, which was particularly appreciated (the quantities are important). It can be reached by Uber or bus, just minutes away DA Hobart.

10 out of 10 recommend - The tour was great and full of information not just on the process of making the beer but of the history of the land and building its self. Lovely staff and tour guide!
