Wonderful experiences - We made 2 different experiences: half day game drive and full day. The trips were exciting and perfectly organized. The guides, Jabu and Arno, are very expert, friendly, open to answer any question. Girls at the desk are very kind. They help us to find other tour which they haven't availability with another company. We truly suggest Heritage Tours and guides are special. Thank you for the experiences.

Great game ride thanks to Arno - We had a great time during our game drive. Our guide Arno gave lots of information regarding the animals, birds and trees as well. He took the time to show us all the animals. And made the tour even better! Thank u.

Excellent tour and guide - Yam gave us an excellent tour of the park. Although we didn’t get to see all of the big five he showed us lots of others animals and told us many things about them. The park itself is very beautiful with stunning views.

Very nice experience - Booked the day before on a last minute opportunity, everything was smoothly arranged incl. breakfast & lunch. A bit cold in winter. Animals were there exept hippo & lion but 4 rhino & cheetahs (closely observed) compensate. Highly professionnal support.

Magic day - Day of family safari for the discovery of the big five. A magical day from sunrise until the end of the afternoon. Excellent accommodation support at breakfast and through the brai du Midi, by our guide “Fred” who is adorable and who provided us with many explanations. He knew how to position himself to show us many animals. First Safari experience at the top with HERITAGE TOUR and Fred. Thanks again to him for this fabulous day not to be missed during his visit to St Lucia. Thanks to Helen on whatsapp who is very responsive to requests. Best team!

Incredible experience - We booked the safari only 3 days in advance, when there were no places available, but were spontaneously informed by Nele that a slot had become free. The communication was very kind, quick and efficient. The safari itself was an unforgettable experience, also thanks to our great guide Phindy. She is very kind and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and gave us fascinating insight Into the flora and fauna, as well as the history of the park. The food was very good, in one of the first emails we had mentioned we are vegetarian, and the meals were planned accordingly (including a great Braai!). Overall an incredible experience, would definitely recommend. We were lucky to see 4 of the "big 5", which was amazing. P.S: Bring warm clothes, the wind can be very cold in the early morning.

What a day. Wonderful - We went on a safari tour with Ranger Fred. He picked us up at 5:00 AM. When we arrived at the park, there was time for a quick bathroom break. Around 6:00 AM, we entered the park. The day before, Helen contacted us about the tour with all the details and special food requests. It was all very clear, we knew what to expect. We saw many animals, almost all of the Big Five. We saw rhinos and elephants up close! The photos and videos are amazing! Fred told us a lot about all the animals we saw, and even about the ones we didn’t see. We learned so much. Breakfast was really nice, with coffee, tea, fruit, and more. Lunch with the braai was amazing! The meat was delicious. Fred is also a good cook. After the day tour, Fred took us back home. It was an amazing day and a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot! (Just a few pictures, there was oftcourse way more to see)

My spectacular return to Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game park - My return to Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game park was nothing short of breathtaking. After being out the country for six years and returning to South Africa for a three week family holiday this was a first on our bucket list, let me just say it was worth the wait....... The game drive was nothing we had experienced before, our tour guide Siyabonga, what a legend, he had great vibes and was really informative. Siya thank-you so much for the thrilling experience, this was the highlight of our South African stay. Just a shout out to Helen Mitchell for arranging our trip, we always felt in good hands when communicating with you and thanks for ensuring all went as planned.
