Highlights
  • Table Mountain - Our accredited guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to Table Mountain. We recommend purchasing tickets online to avoid long lines. You’ll then board the Cable Car at the lower station with our guide. The rotating cable car offers a full 360-degree view of Cape Town for 3 minutes. Upon reaching the Upper Cable Car station, enjoy a 30-minute guided tour. You’ll also have free time to explore the mountain top, where you can visit a café for coffee or a sweet treat.
  • Signal Hill - This is a stunning photo stop with a frame featuring Table Mountain in the background, one of the Seven Wonders of Nature. On sunny days, you might see paragliders, as Signal Hill is a popular spot for this activity.
  • Camps Bay Beach - This upscale seaside suburb is known for its white sandy beach and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. Guests can step out to enjoy the views and take photos of this natural and man-made masterpiece.
  • Maidens’ Cove - A perfect photo stop in Clifton, offering views of the Twelve Apostles mountain range on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Clifton is one of the most expensive suburbs in Cape Town.
  • Bantry Bay - Originally known as Botany Bay for its botanical garden, this is the second most expensive suburb in Cape Town and is rated one of the top ten places to live in South Africa.
  • Sea Point Promenade - Sea Point features many high-rise buildings and is a densely populated residential area. The 5km-long promenade stretches from Bantry Bay to the V&A Waterfront and is popular for picnics, jogging, cycling, and watching sunsets. Paragliders from Signal Hill often land here.
  • Bo-Kaap - Discover Bo-Kaap, a Cape Georgian community formerly known as the Cape Malay Quarter. Its unique architecture, cobblestone streets, and brightly colored walls make for great photos, while its 300-year history offers much to explore.
  • Cape Town Central - We’ll drive through Cape Town, known as the Mother City of South Africa as it was the first city built in the country. You’ll pass landmarks like the Cape Town International Convention Centre, Cape Town Station, Cape Town Bus Station, Castle of Good Hope, District Six Museum, Parliament of South Africa, Slave Lodge, Company Gardens, and St. George’s Cathedral.
  • Cape Town Diamond Museum - Visit the Diamond Museum to learn about South Africa’s rich diamond and gold heritage. You’ll also discover Tanzanite, a unique African stone found only in Tanzania, which is 1,000 times rarer than diamonds. History of Cape Town - Our guide Doney was amazing. She’s from Cape Town and shared alot of info. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. Table Mountain was closed for maintenance and we went to a museum instead. It was a great experience. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know about the history of Cape Town.

Excellent experience for solo travelers! - I want to start by giving Adoney (Nene) a shout out for making my city tour experience amazing! She venture out in the rain and went out of her way to make sure I experienced the city of Cape Town the best way possible even as it was raining for the first half of the tour. We started our journey at Castle of Good Hope, making our journey toward city center. Nene make sure I felt comfortable to ask questions as she was narrating the story of each place we visited. I would recommend for her for any solo traveler. She took me to signal hill as table mountain was close due to the rain but, really didn’t missed it. Overall, I enjoyed this tour and I would recommend you book Nene for your city tour :)
