Fun Excursion with Beautiful Views and Great Host - We had such a fun time. We chose to do paddle boarding but the rest of our group actually did kayaking. They keep the two separate so we had essentially a private tour. We were both beginners having paddle boarded a few times before only but our guide was super patient and really taught us good skills to balance better and not tire ourselves out. The waves from boats can make the trip to the baths a bit bumpy, but that was part of the fun was to share laughs and fall/jump into the water (which was super warm). Our tour guide took so many pictures for us which was AWESOME. Once you get to the baths, you can explore for about 30 minutes and then the ride back is much easier as you are going with the waves. We felt like pros at that point. We also learned so much history from our guide and enjoyed the beautiful views along the way. We love the water so definitely preferred this over kayaking option but would suggest this for people that don’t have any ailments (such as bad knees/legs etc.). They have showers after so you can rinse off and a locked room for all your personal items such as phones and clothes. For a perfect day, we would suggest doing the first tour of day, then getting a sandwich to go after and enjoying in the Piazza Della Vittoria. You then have a few hours to relax or shop, then go to an evening cooking class.

Great SUP tour - Antonio was a great tour guide - knowledgable, cheeky and good fun. He instructed us well before venturing out to the (slightly choppy) sea. We paddled, stopped at places of interest for a quick history lesson and eventually got to the lovely Bagni Regina Giovanna for a swim and rest before heading back. We would recommend this trip 100%

Amazing time Paddle boarding! - We had such a great time on this paddle board experience- Antonino was so accommodating (we accidentally came to the wrong location in the morning and he made sure we were able to move our tour from 11am to 2pm and still go). The Bagni Regina Giovanna itself had a lot of people there and some littering in the foresty part, but was still really beautiful. People were cliff jumping and swimming and hiking up to see the pretty views of Vesuvius and Sorrento coastline. Overall, we had an amazing time and would love to do it again when we return! Huge thank you to Antonino again for keeping it fun.

To do absolutely - The guys are really nice and Antonino has proved to be an extremely professional, helpful and competent person. Not being a sporty person, I had some fears at first, especially from the anxiety of not being able to manage the experience. But Antonino was able to give me confidence: he left me free to test myself, intervening only when I really needed, for example when I could no longer stand. Sunset in SUP is something unique and suggestive: an experience that, in my opinion, really deserves to be lived.

It was such a beautiful... - It was such a beautiful thing to do. You can see the whole coast until Naples. It is a great activity to do solo. I would highly recommend. Valentina was a great and patient instructor! I would definitely go back!

Terrible. - It was a cloudy rainy day, I already assumed that the tour would be cancelled because there were also thunderstorms. Upon arrival we had to put the stuff in a dirty pen which supposedly locks not so. When our mega cozy guide also not so accompany us to the sup... At the exit of the harbor the wind was strong and high waves of rain and thunder... I said I'm going back which the guide said there's nothing wrong.. in mijn ogen onverantwoord. Never again
