To top it off, you will also learn to make the famous Tiramisu dessert. Indulge in your love of Italian food while making new acquaintances in this practical cooking class. It’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in Italian culture.

Cesarine represents Italy’s longest standing network of amateur chefs spread throughout the nation. They are warm hosts who invite travellers into their homes for authentic culinary encounters.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Birthday girl - On arrival greeted by Clara and taken to her beautiful home, was shown were everything was,
We loved our day first making tiramisu was shown by clara, then we made ours then a rest in the lovely seating area with wine and nibbles.
Then pasta ravioli and gnocchi
Shown then our turn it was fun but it was all light hearted then Clara cooked it and we sat at table and tried both our pastas Clara made sauces to go with it it was lovely and then tiramisu which was brought through it wasu birthday the put a sign in and sang to me her niece came to help tidy between courses and wash up which was lovely we chatted about families and was given a limonchello to finish with we came away very full but loved every minute of it and such a lovely host and to be taken to a lovely place we would recommend to everyone

Warm, delicious, and memorable! - This cooking class was the absolute highlight of our trip!! It was more than just learning how to cook it was a warm, welcoming, and truly authentic experience.
The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt like being part of a local family. We laughed, learned, and shared a meal we helped prepare ourselves, something we’ll never forget.
If you’re looking for a special, heartfelt activity to remember your trip by, this is it. Highly recommended!

Authentic Italian experience for the whole family - Our cooking experience with Rachele and her wonderful family was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We have two boys- 8 and 11- and she, along with her 19 year old son, Andrea (who spoke great English and was so sweet to the boys) and other family members made us feel very welcome and included our boys in the cooking process every step of the way. The views in the Sorrento hills were incredible, they had the sweetest dogs for the kids to play with, and the food was some of the best we had during our trip to Italy. They went above and beyond for us, and we definitely will be doing this again when we return! Highly recommend!

Highlight of our holiday! - We had a fantastic time with Alessandra today! She’s a fabulous host who welcomed us into her lovely home high in the hills like we were old friends before giving us a tour of her wonderful garden in which she grows almost all the ingredients for the delicious meal herself. We are not great cooks but she patiently and with great humour taught us how to prepare delicious spaghetti, ravioli, tomato sauce and tiramisu. We then enjoyed eating everything we’d made with a glass of her homemade Merlot and homemade limoncello while taking in the fantastic views of Vesuvius and the bay far below us. Alessandra took lots of photo’s while we were with her which she forwarded to us along with all the recipes before we left. She was kind enough to collect us from our hotel as she’d been shopping nearby and took us back to our hotel so we could admire the stunning views from both sides of the mountain. She got in touch with us prior to the experience via WhatsApp to check our dietary requirements and travel arrangements and communication during the experience was very easy with help from her translation device. Our time with Alessandra was the highlight of our trip and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this experience with her. I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying it!

Authentic Experience 😊 - Thankyou for our cooking experience with pasta dishes and tiramisu. We loved every minute of it and left with very full bellies! Pasta making ?? - This experience was not at all what we expected. First of all we never received the directions to the location where the event was taking place. We waited where the app showed us. The host finally called and we made our way to the location. The hostess did not speak English and her son translated. They were both very nice but our expectation was we would make two types of pasta. We made gnocchi but the second dish was made with store bought pasta. We were very disappointed.
