Great ride, Rome to Sorrento! - Francesco “the Barber” was fantastic. He was prompt, very professional, plus friendly and funny. He kept our group of 6 entertained and informed during the very comfortable ride. He offered a stop at a convenience market where we bought some snacks, and he waited patiently for us during our amazing Pompeii tour, provided by Good Heart Limos. This was a perfect, comfortable way to get from Rome to Sorrento, would highly recommend. Thank you, Francesco!!

Wonderful experience and got some “local” tips along the way - The best experience! We booked a trip from Rome with a stop and tour of Pompeii and then drop off at our hotel in Sorrento. On the way back we booked a trip from Sorrento with a stop in Herculaneum and then drop off at hotel in Rome. The company was so easy to work with and they arranged the tours with a guide and even sent me links to purchase the entry tickets. There were 4 of us with luggage and the van was very spacious and comfortable. Francesco “the barber” was our driver on the first trip and he was wonderful, gave us restaurant suggestions for both Rome and Sorrento! By the end of the trip, he felt like another member of our family! Our driver Paulo on the trip back to Rome was great too and suggested a stop at a winery for lunch at the base of Mt Vesuvius which we would have never known about. Can’t wait to come back to Italy and use Good Heart limos again

Will use again - Francesco is the best! Francesco had great conversation and let us know some local details in Sorrento and Rome when asked. He is very personable and understands the needs of people. He was also ways on time and the van was clean. Communication was also very quick.

Excellent service and driver, Francesco. - Our party of six was picked up promptly at our hotel in Rome by our driver Francesco. The vehicle was spacious and sparkling clean. Francesco provided lots of information about Italy, the culture, history and current affairs. He also gave many recommendations along the way for dining, sites to see, etc. We stopped in Pompeii for a 2 hr explanation and walk through of the ruins and the company provided an excellent guide in Anna Maria. Francesco was courteous and no request was too much. Certainly made our transfer to Sorrento easy and enjoyable. Thanks!

Perfect transfer thanks to Francesco! - We booked this private transfer from Rome to Sorrento. Our driver, Francesco, was early and waited for us outside of our hotel. He assured us not to rush and allowed us to take our time checking out of the hotel. He was impeccably dressed and greeted us with a warm and friendly personality. He was so informative and educated us about different areas through which we traveled. It made the 3 hour drive go very quickly. We are so happy we booked this transfer and quite honestly Francesco has spoiled us forever with using private transportation! We will definitely be booked again through Viator. You will not be disappointed!

Private Transfer from Rome to Sorrento - Easy 5 out of 5 for this company! From the first point of contact all the through our 4 day trip in Sorrento, they were nothing but professional. We used them many times to take us to restaurants and also for a day trip to Positano. Gennaro, our drive was incredibly professional and super informative about places to go and things to see while in Sorrento. He gave us his number and was always quick to respond. Superb Service - After searching thru many transportation options I chose Good Heart Limos and I am so glad I did!! The communication was top notch which made me so comfortable since I was juggling 7 ladies!! The driver Gennaro was AMAZING!
