• Eggplant parmesan - This is a traditional dish made with fried eggplant, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and Parmigiano cheese, all baked for 15 minutes!
• Gnocchi - Our most traditional fresh pasta, made with potatoes and flour. In the end, we will mix everything with the original tomato sauce and basil!

This adventure unfolds in my grandmother’s seaside villa, where I’ve spent my whole life. Are you set to unravel the distinct delicacies of our native culinary repertoire, passed down to me by my grandmother, whilst immersing yourself in our customary Italian way of life? You’ll be actively involved, gaining valuable culinary skills and insights. Here, you’ll don the hats of both the cook and the diner, honing the art of creating our culinary masterpieces, taught to me by my matriarch! You’ll master new techniques right from the basics, which you can easily replicate at your domicile, such as crafting gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the traditional tiramisu. Amidst an atmosphere of camaraderie, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, you’ll wholly immerse in the Italian way of life. I will also demonstrate how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My aspiration is that this experience will not just reside in your memory, but primarily, in your heart!
