Casa dell’Albergo - The Hotel House, a Roman-era dwelling, was buried in the 79 eruption and uncovered during Herculaneum’s excavations. Situated on a hill’s edge, it spans 2,150 square meters, making it the largest house found in Herculaneum and the only one with a spa district, initially thought to be a hotel.
