5 Star Pizza making experience! - A Truly Unforgettable & Authentic Italian Experience 🇮🇹❤️ During our recent trip to Sorrento with my 14-year-old son, we booked Laura’s pizza-making class — and it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. I had accidentally mixed up my timings, but Laura was so kind and accommodating, rearranging things so we wouldn’t miss out. Her husband met us at the easy-to-find pick-up point in Sorrento and drove us through the beautiful hills to their charming cooking school. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. We were offered a refreshing drink and had a moment to soak in the stunning surroundings before our first treat — learning how to make mozzarella! This hands-on session was followed by warm, fresh bread and a selection of their delicious homemade olive oils (our favourites were the lemon and the puttanesca — truly divine!). We then met Laura, who is every bit as lovely, warm, and friendly as the glowing reviews promised. She guided us through the secrets of creating perfect pizza dough from scratch, sharing her knowledge with such warmth and enthusiasm. Since the dough takes 24 hours to rise, we used pre-prepared dough for our pizzas, shaping them by hand and choosing our own toppings before Laura slid them into the traditional pizza oven. Sitting down to enjoy our creations was pure joy — crisp, flavoursome pizza, a bottle of local wine, plenty of aqua frizzante, and the most heavenly homemade tiramisu to finish. Before leaving, we couldn’t resist buying some of their exquisite olive oils to take home as a delicious reminder of the day. This was a truly special and authentic Italian experience — one that gave me precious time and laughter with my teenager, and memories we’ll treasure forever. Laura is a beautiful, knowledgeable, and kind host, and I sincerely hope many others have the chance to enjoy this fantastic experience. Grazie mille, Laura! ❤️

Don’t hesitate - book it! - We had a great time. We were so pleased to have booked it. Luigi was very entertaining and engaging. We feel like we can get the dough just right at home now and the pizza we made on the day was really tasty. Collection from the town was easy, they sent us a reminder text the day before.

Phenomenal - Phenomenal we did this as a family of 4 with a 12 and 7 year old this was brilliant they included the children as they did the adults it was so much fun we all had the best time highly recommended! What a brilliant evening we had !!! Absolutely brilliant

Must do / delicious / easy - What a fantastic experience! Light hearted, full of interesting facts and above all - delicious! We would highly recommend. Pick up was easy - whatsapp messages the location and time and a helpful picture so we were able to be exactly where we were needed. Only advice - bring insect repellent as I was bitten a lot!

Pizza making in Naples! - This was such a fun way to experience the Neapolitan style pizza! We enjoyed tasting olive oils, drank some wine and learned how to make pizza dough. Then we got to eat what we made! The staff was amazing and the location had an authentic vibe, highly recommend with family or friends!

Our first night back, Sorrento - Staff were welcoming and attentive. We were greeted with fresh mozzarella, a selection of different flavors of homemade olive oils, and a glass of wine — such a lovely touch! The instructions were simple, and the pizza turned out absolutely delicious. A perfect way to spend our first night in Sorrento!

Luigi was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging, sharing stories and tips about the art of pizza-making. We laughed and learned together, turning what could have been a simple cooking class into a memorable celebration of flavors and delicious pizza. One of the absolute highlights of our trip!

Fantastic experience!! - We had the best day with Luigi and his staff. Luigi was informative but also made it a fun experience…our young teen kids loved it!! The pizza we got to make at the end was delicious and we will definitely be taking all the tips home to make our pizza better. The bonus was being shown how mozzarella is made and tasting it with their olive oils…and tasting their wines. Highly recommend for everyone of any age!!

Good pizza, but HOT venue! Be aware- no a/c! - The actual pizza making was really fun and we learned a lot from Laura! She was so sweet, and our pizzas turned out so good! However, we didn't realize that the transfer was going to be in a van without a/c, or that we would have to wait to be shuttled to the venue. We also did not know that there was no air conditioning in the open-air kitchen in July in Sorrento! It was 97* and we were all so hot.
