More than just the grotto - This was a perfect day trip. Our captain Alejandro, was excellent. He was informative. While sailing he pointed out various sites and we were able to take some great photos. We were lucky it was a perfect day the seas were smooth and we had several opportunities to swim. Well worth the price.loved this!

Tru blue Capri didn't disappoint - Amazing Day on our Capri Blue adventure today. The Captain Sebastiano and the first mate Pasquale made it a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our vacation so far. Beautiful boat, small group made it seem like we had a private hire. 👏 👏 👏 Regards, Douglas Smith

MBS Blue Charter Boat Tours. - Experienced a fantastic trip to Capri and the surrounding area ,we booked online and were met at the Marina by the boat crew, introduced to 4 fellow travellers ( who were very nice and very engaging) and together headed off about 08:30 . All forecast expenses were fully explained at the onset. Refreshments were served during the trip and opportunities to swim in the sea were most welcome .The tourist tax for Capri is €15 which is standard . The entrance price for the Blue Grotto was €18, although was not open during this visit , altogether it was a great experience and well hosted by MBS blue charter boat tours .

Flavio was the bomb. Great day! - This was a wonderful experience. We did not get to do the Blue Grotto due to very choppy waters. We did not let that stop us from having a great day.

Gorgeous Capri Boat Tour - Gorgeous trip! Excellent guide and boat captain-learned so much about the island, and the guide gave very explicit instructions on how to get around the island and good spots to explore. While we were not able to see the Blue Grotto up close, we were not disappointed. You do need to bring your own towel, FYI.

Boat trip to Capri - This is an all day boat ride/trip to Capri with a stop to swim in the Mediterranean Sea. The blue grotto is not guaranteed- which was ok with us. Our captain and first mate were charming, and pointed out the green grotto and many other sites along the coast.

Best way to do Capri! - What an amazing experience! We were staying in Sorrento for our time on the coast, and we wanted fun ways to explore each of the cities in the area. We are so happy we chose this tour! It was great to see the island of Capri from a boat! It was breathtaking and our guide, Luciano took us to the best spots! We also were very lucky with a beautiful day! We were able to do the Blue Grotto; our guide was almost certain we wouldn't (we knew it was not guaranteed going into it). If you don't;, it's ok because it's super quick, 5 minutes. You spend more time going in and getting out, 10 minutes. I loved all the row boat guides singing while you were waiting to leave. Very beautiful and cultured. The grotto is also just a site to see. Don't get me wrong, do it if you can but don't sweat it if you don't. The swim in the Mediterranean was probably my favorite part (bring a towel). We probably swam for 40 minutes I'd say. He took us to a spot that was very secluded with beautiful views more near Sorrento. We had noodles as well to float with. So relaxing and a great way to end the tour! It was also my only time to be in the water while in Italy; so I took full advantage! Not gonna lie, being on Capri itself was so so. I am glad I saw it to say I did, but this tour made me feel happy that I did not spend my time staying on this island for my general stay. It has been the most crowded place I've seen so far in Italy; just a lot of crowds and shops. BE WARNED the buses cater to private tour groups and are not fair about order of who gets to ride on the "semi private" buses that you pay for. The bus really is your only option but we were able to all do our own thing and I believe 8 out of our 12 guests had a bad bus experience when we all met back up. Lusciano was so upset that he called the bus company to complain for us. He did not have to do that; especially since it had nothing to do with his tour but we really appreciated that and it showed he cared. I will say, I had one of my favorite meals in Ana Capri by the stairlift called Columbus. So that made it a little worth it. I know you have 3 hours but trust me... it's really not an enough time to see Capri and Ana capri. And a majority of the time is wasted waiting for the bus. I cannot go on about how great Lucsiano was! This week was his last tour after doing this for 6 years but I still will rave about him. Not only did he give a great job providing the information about the island but he did it all while making sure we had a great time. The Blue Grotto is not guaranteed and he was pretty certain we would not do it; which we knew going into it. (Nobody gave a difficult time whatsoever, we were having fun). We were about to go to our next stop when he saw other boats going to the grotto and goes ITS OPEN! TURN THE BOAT AROUND! And we ended up not only seeing the grotto but being 2nd in line! He told us he was so excited that we were able to experience that. His music playlist for the boat was FIRE! (I appreciate someone with great music taste, esp for a boat day). Luciano also was full of good convo and made sure we were having a blast! He carved all the fruit for us while we're were on Capri and gave it to us after we were heading back before the swim; he also gave us champagne and cracked open another bottle for us! He was so much fun to be around. Super personable. He also takes all your pics on the boat in front of cool sites! (Best of luck in Milan Luciano!) it's a great treat trip, and if you have a guide like him, you will love it too! If you can, try to sit on the end or the front of the boat. Sitting in the middle is where the cool kids sit (us) and we saw all the views but not the way the others did on the ends of the boat.
