Cooking in Sorrento - If you want to join an authentic Italian family in their home for a day of cooking and fun, this is the experience to choose! From the pick up in Sorrento by brother and sister duo, Gennaro (also chef) and Martina (brains behind the business) in their battered cars, this was the best Italian experience we’ve had.

Amazing Italian Cooking Experience - This experience far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up right near the center of Sorrento and taken straight to the family’s beautiful home and farm overlooking the town. The views were amazing. There, we met our chef, Salvatore, and were greeted by many family members (and a few family pets.). We then went straight to work in the kitchen. Salvatore was an excellent teacher. He was patient and funny and a great conversationalist. The time flew by. We started with the tiramisu and then moved on to fettuccine & ravioli. We each took turns doing each step and really got a feel for how to prepare each item. Once we finished the prep, he did the cooking and we enjoyed our meal in their dining room with the best panoramic views. We did not feel rushed at all. Once we finished, we got a mini tour of the farm and met the family cow and even got a sneak peek of the original wine and oil presses.
We highly recommend this class and will definitely be back to learn more the next time we visit.

The best experience, so beautiful I could cry. - This was the best experience during my 2 weeks in Italy. I felt like I was at home with my nonna. The property was beautiful and the view left us speechless. Salvatore was a great teacher. We had so much fun. The whole family was amazing.

Definitely Book This! - What a great experience. My husband and I knew we wanted to do a cooking class in Italy on our trip. The class is fun, informative, and the instructor is very knowledgeable. This is a family owned and run business and it shows in everything they do. They are so thoughtful about how best to make everyone’s experience the best it can be. From the first moment when the family picks you up and take you to their family owned farm you are amazed by the experience. The views from the farm are amazing. The kitchen is beautiful and it’s a small group of people participating so you get a very personalized experience. You feel very attended to. The family went above and beyond in all areas and to top it all off, the pasta and tiramisu we made was delicious! Can’t say enough good things about this event!

Must do! Create a favorite memory! - This was definitely our most loved and authentic experience in Sorrento! Gennaro introduced us to his family as well as his centuries old family farm. He then taught us how to make two delicious pastas as well as two versions of tiramisu. His grandmother, Nonna, assisted and made one of our sauces. We felt extremely special as they opened their beautiful home to us and treated us as family for the evening. Needless to say, our meal we created was delicious but more importantly created a wonderful memory we will never forget.

An Unforgettable Culinary Journey in Sorrento, Italy - Exploring the culinary traditions of Sorrento provides an experience far richer than simply enjoying a meal. Recently, under the expert guidance of Chef Salvatore, me and my daughter's adventure began with preparing classic tiramisu with its rich layers of coffee-soaked deliciousness. Under Salvatore's patient guidance, we mastered the art of crafting perfect linguini.
The menu further featured cheese ravioli, paired with a lemon butter sauce infused with sage and Parmesan. And, of course, the delicious wine and limoncello. Both are made in-house by Martina's Papa.
Cooking in the most beautiful Italian kitchen was in itself a dream, offering an intimate, hands-on gorgeous setting.
Adding to this exceptional experience was the remarkable setting—a stunning 300-year-old house perched in a captivating and inviting location.
For the most enchanting, memorable, and authentic Italian experience, check out "Authentic Italian Cooking on a Farm with a View."
I give Chef's kiss to this experience.

Just book it! - Our cooking class was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived at their home—beautifully preserved and passed down through four generations for over 100 years—we felt welcomed like family.
We were taught how to prepare three different traditional dishes while sipping on their delicious homemade wine. Everything was incredibly authentic and thoughtful. They have stunning land filled with lemon and orange trees, chickens providing fresh eggs, and even Maria the cow, whose milk they use to make their own butter and mozzarella. We were also treated to complimentary homemade limoncello, which was the perfect touch.
Nonna set the most beautiful table with a warm fire, creating such a cozy and special atmosphere. We sat together enjoying two different homemade pasta dishes and tiramisu, all while taking in a breathtaking view from their dining room overlooking Sorrento and the water—you could even see the islands in the distance.
This experience was incredibly well-organized, detailed, and so much fun. It felt personal, genuine, and unforgettable. Truly one of the highlights of our trip and an experience we’ll cherish forever.

Memorable and informative experience not to be missed! - What a fun, informative, and memorable experience we had with Gennaro and Martina — we even got some helpful tips from their Nonna as we spent the afternoon cooking, eating and tasting wine and homemade limoncello in the kitchen of their beautiful farmhouse!
Rain or shine, this is a delightful way to spend the afternoon if you’re in or around Sorrento. The family went above and beyond from the moment we booked, including Martina seamlessly switching the reservation when I inadvertently selected and paid for the class on a day we weren’t going to be in Italy.
Though we couldn’t match the farm-fresh ingredients including lemons, cheese, eggs, and cream when we got back home, thanks to the simple recipes and careful instruction — plus Gennaro patiently answering every question our group came up with — we were able to make a pretty impressive ravioli!

Amazing experience - This was a highlight of our time in Sorrento. Gennaro and his family were so welcoming and what an honour to cook on a farm that is 300 years old. We made pasta, ravioli and tiramisu- all from scratch. It was so educational, the food fresh and delicious. There was banter friendship and fun to be had. You will not be disappointed by this experience. 10/10 for us both.
