Great food tour! - We loved the food tour at the night markets. We visited two markets - one smaller and one larger. It was a great way to get a sense of the culture and taste amazing food. Our guide Charlotte was great - she took us to the best food stalls, provided background on the places and food, and made the tour fun and relaxed. She was flexible to accommodate our interests and very generous with her time. We definitely recommend this tour!

Cindy is an amazing guide - This tour was very memorable because my guide, Cindy, is extremely knowledgeable not only about Taipei but about Taiwan as a whole. Her prodigious grasp of history and of current events in Taiwan provided a wonderful backdrop to the sites and places that we visited. She brought me not only to attractions frequented by tourists but also to other interesting, less-crowded places. I highly recommend this tour and suggest that you ask for Cindy as your guide.

A sense- fulfilling evening! Food, sounds, activity! - Our guide, Cindy, was excellent! She knew all of the places to go! It was Chinese New Year’s Eve, and though some places closed early, she made the best of it! She is most knowledgable about the city, night market, and various foods. Cindy made sure that each of us had something we would like.

Cindy was great! Super... - Cindy was great! Super knowledgeable. I was also still struggling with a lot of jet lag, and she was very flexible in adapting the tour to what I could handle.

So Much Fun & Food - Oh this was so fun! So worth having a guide to meet you at the temple to walk you through and explain the culture, religions, and history of Taiwan. She was also great in recommending wonderful street food and so great with our young children and finding something they would like. This is so worth booking during a trip to Taipei.

Not a bad tour, but… - I’ll start by saying that I did not have a bad experience. Our tour guide was very professional, albeit extremely quiet. To the point where it felt like we were not getting as much information on the food as we had hoped for. My biggest issue is that the tour is extremely overpriced for what you get. Food at the night markets in Taiwan is extremely affordable, when you factor in the fact that the food we received was all meant to be shared between two people, you are really paying for someone to order the food for you and that’s it. We found ourselves asking a lot of questions, trying to get more information regarding the history of background on the food we were eating and did not get much information.

Cancelation Before It Began - I booked and then the local company canceled on me because they couldn't find a guide to do it that night. Refund is pending.
