Fun and Safe - We were in a group of about 30. The guides get the tour light, informational and entertaining. The blue cave is a must-see if you visit Mallorca

Great boat trip - Great boat trip. Well looked after by the friendly crew. We swam in the blue cave and also snorkelled in a protected area with lots of fish. We also had the opportunity to try out a paddleboard.

An awesome trip - Great experience on this tour! Saw lots of fish, plus jellyfish whilst on the boat. The tour was the perfect length for us, and easy to find. The crew were really friendly, and made the trip even better. Thank you! :)

Beautiful blucave and secluded snorkel cove experience - Made to feel welcome from start to finish. Boat was compact but comfortable, has a toilet on board as well. You can’t move around like the bigger boats but you get to the caves faster. The Bluecaves was the first stop, lifejackets are compulsory but means you can view the rock formation, the water is so transparent you don’t need mask and snorkel here. Allowed to swim in the three different chambers then back on board. Bit of music on the boat then 40 minutes snorkel at a secluded cove which is full of fish. The staff spoke many languages, drinks available onboard as well. The only minor gripe we had was mainly the instructions to get to the dock, although we booked via Trip Advisor. All we had was a pinpoint on Google Maps, but when we got there, after a hectic walk from Alcudia beach, it was a deserted ferry port. Thought we might miss the excursion all together. Usually there’s a sign or stand somewhere. Trip advisors instructions were a bit vague, they did provide a number to phone, which we phoned who sent a what’s app link to the destination.

Magic - We loved it, the super attentive crew, they attend to any questions however insignificant it may seem. The tour and activity has been amazing. Thank you very much, we would definitely return

Want to sit in a saddle, uncomfortably close to strangers? Then this is the trip for you! - Not worth the €60 per person. The boat is different than the one shown on the website. It's super packed and has saddle seats instead of proper seating. Be prepared to sit at an uncomfortable distance from the strangers to your back and front the entire time. Swimming time was limited: 30 minutes near the park and 10 minutes inside the caves. The rest of the 3 hours was getting there and back. Snorkels were offered, but it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned between uses. We didn’t even consider putting them on. Also, both the start and end times were communicated incorrectly by Click-Mallorca, even after I confirmed with them in advance. Not nice of them, since I had mentioned we had a flight back home that same day. Overall, a disappointing and misleading experience. We wish we had spent our day at the beach instead.

Absolute Shambles - What an absolute shambles. We turned up at 1.30pm with the Confirmation as agreed via email mail. Waited on the pier for 10 minutes with other passengers. The boat arrived everyone got on apart from us 4 as Apparantly the boat was full and there was no space for us. The pulled up the ladder and sailed off with 1 minute of telling us. Leaving us on the pier with a Spanish lady who had no idea how and why full. The crew said absolutely nothing. Just lifted the ladder and sailed off. We had already re arranged the trip as the original booking was full and this was our last day on the Island Not only the trip cost we are waiting a refund for we had to get a cab, buy supplies and now we are stuck on a beach with just a bag of drinks. Last day of holiday ruined. Sunday morning as originally booked had to be rearranged. Currently awaiting information of a refund but all we wanted was a boat trip on our last day. Kids are gutted.
