Enjoy different attractions such as The Meliponary, the Plant Nursery and Children’s World. Go for a peaceful hike through the jungle gardens or snorkel with beautiful colorful fish in the river, the cenotes and the beautiful cove.
You will have access to resting areas with hammock and beach chairs, lifejackets, floating tubes, bicycles and snorkel gear. This tour is your opportunity to discover the huge variety of marine species and the Mayan jungle in a day full of adventure and aquatic activities, while treating yourself to a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and domestic open bar.
- Wear comfortable beach clothing, sandals or water shoes, swimsuit, sunglasses and cap or hat. Bring a change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellant, and extra money for photos, souvenirs or optional activities. Some activities have age and medical restrictions. Child price applies between 5 – 11 years old, but must show official ID. Children under 4 years old have a free pass but cannot be guaranteed a seat on the transport; please advise if you are travelling with infants at booking. Other activities are available at an extra cost (snorkel tour, swim with dolphins, spa treatments, Snuba, shark interaction, among others) From some hotels, transportation is not included on Sundays; please contact your NexusTours representative.

A Perfect Day at Xel-Há! - Xel-Há was an incredible experience from start to finish! The natural beauty of the park is breathtaking, and everything is so well taken care of. My favorite part was snorkeling — we explored both the river and the cove! Snorkel gear is included!
They had a buffet breakfast and lunch that was also included. There were plenty of options, and everything was fresh and tasty — a great way to recharge between adventures. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole park had a relaxed, welcoming vibe.
If you're looking for a mix of adventure, nature, and great food, Xel-Há is the place to go. I can't wait to visit again! Oh, and get the photo package! It's so worth it!

What an amazing experience!! wow!!! - amazing time, what a beautiful experience and view. service at the park is exceptional and above anywhere I've ever visited similar to. so many things to do and see and food was great! Anna Gabriella helped us booked this experience and I couldn't be more grateful! what fun!!

Get insect spray!! A... - Get insect spray!! A wonderful kid and adult friendly place. I went solo and was amazed at how easy it was to get around. No need to pay for water extras, you can still have a great experience. I did however do the sea trek experience which was pretty fascinating !

Xcaret Trip - We had a wonderful time at Xcaret recommended to us by Erick Almazo. It was amazing, great beeches, and swimming in the river was so much fun. Lots of variety of food in buffets. Eric was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your help Eric!

What a great adventure! - We had a blast! We came with our 7 and 10 year old and we all 4 had so much fun. It was busy but didn’t feel crowded at all. There are so many fun things to do and it was nice to have an easy food/drink all included package. We swam with the dolphins and it was an incredible experience.

Although I wasn’t able to attend the park due to a work conflict, my wife and daughter had a fantastic time at Xel-Ha and Xcaret. I truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and quick responses throughout the process. You explained everything clearly during the initial presentation and in our follow-up conversations. Given the last-minute circumstances, I felt we received a very fair deal, and your guidance—like when and where to catch the bus—was incredibly helpful. You'll be in the water so long you'll feel like a fish - I really liked the park but you have to go early! The only bad thing is that the best activities have to be paid for since they are secondary
How all the attractions are water carry those cell phone linings since if you go alone and want to take photos of the park itself you must pay 130 dollars and you have access to a bracelet that you scan and take some amazing photos, we were 5 people so divided was not so much, we took 180 photos that you have in a link available for 30 days .
Take aquashoes why they are super expensive over there approx 30 dollars.
Admission approx 150 dollars includes transfers , the good thing is that the food is unlimited and rich there are several restaurants and the drink is unlimited also , I think the price is good but must include several activities with contact with dolphins or stingrays.
The huge slide I do not recommend if you suffer vertigo or hypertension you will not be able to really climb the last part you go too fast and it is scary.
Wear blocker and I recommend you stay in the yellow or red locker.

Xel Ha - won’t be back - We were a family of 5 adults and were enormously disappointed with our day. So much so that we didn’t wait for our prepaid return bus but left early by taxi. The snorkelling was terrible. We literally saw almost nothing and we went everywhere. The snorkelling off the beach at our resort was 100 times better. I enjoyed the float down the river on a tube until we hit the log jam of tubes. We paid a lot of money for the all-inclusive but then were asked to pay additional money for some of the attractions. What a scam. The food and beverages were average. Not bad but not great. They have blocked off another area and marked it as a “surprise” and I’m sure it will be another attraction that you have to pay extra for even though you’ve already paid for an all-inclusive. It was a waste of money and a vacation day and we will absolutely not be back. I am actually shocked that Xel Ha receives any good reviews.

dont waste your money on this company - Went here because staff of xcarat stated this was the best place for autistic children, what they did not tell you upfront was if you want to do something fun, you need to keep pulling your wallet out, everything here is plus, plus, plus.
