Great trip to Plovdiv - We had an excellent guide and safe driver with Polina. We were in a van with a total of 8 people and it was comfortable. Great balance of time with the small guided tour and then time to explore on our own. Definitely would recommend.

Great Way to Get to Plovdiv, But Disorganized - I purchased the shuttle only version. Love the idea behind this tour. A ride to the town, four hours to explore and then a ride home. The leader/tour guide was unorganized. When I arrived, he was no where to be found. People were on the van, the driver was there, he was not. He arrives shortly before 9am, checks me in and then we wait. 9am comes and goes, we are waiting. Waited for one lady to come and left at 915. 15 minutes before we arrive in Plovdiv, we take a bathroom, food, smoke etc. 15 minute break. Not sure why we could just proceed the additional 15 minutes to the drop off point which had bathrooms, food and places for people to smoke Arrive in Plovdiv at 11:15. Told to come back at 2:45pm. But wait, he wants to show all of us how to get back to the bus. Which take another 15 minutes for him to walk up a hill that skould take 5 minutes. Now 11:30, I am free to go. This leaves me 3 hours and 15 minutes to see the town. Not the 4 hours promised in the description. If the delay was due to traffic, I would say out of their control. But all the delays were their causing. On the way home, the driver had to stop for gas. Which then lead to guests getting off the bus for the bathroom and smoke breaks. A quick stop turned into a 15 minute stop. Finally, the driver slammed on the breaks quite a bit on the drive. Hit the back of the seat in front on me a few times. Overall, the trip did what I wanted, get me to Plovdiv. However, it was disorganized and resulted in me skipping a fee things I wanted to see.
