Worth doing it! - Kalin was amanzingly friendly! On top of sharing his expertise on Bulgarian wine history, he is a producer himself. That was one of the best wine tasting experiences I had.

Great wine tasting experience in Sofia - Excellent host, Kalin very knowledgeable on the subject and has produced some of his own wine which I tasted, he provided a great tour through the wine producing regions around Bulgaria as well as the history of same. The shop is small and quaint but enough space to enjoy the experience and observe the bottles on display. Tasted five different wines and paired with a selection of cheeses. I enjoyed them so much I purchased a selection and Kalin organised to ship them back home for me.

Great wine and host - I had a fantastic wine tasting experience at Tempus Vini Wine Point. I tried five different Bulgarian wines, all of which were excellent. Kalin was a wonderful host with deep knowledge of both the current Bulgarian wine scene and its historical roots. It was fascinating to learn about the regional differences and the historical context of wine production in Bulgaria. After this experience, I’ll definitely be on the lookout for Bulgarian wines and make them a priority.

From Tasting to Delivery – Perfect from Start to Finish! - A wonderful tasting experience and excellent service afterwards We had a truly lovely experience at Tempus Vini. The wine tasting itself was not only enjoyable but also very informative, what really stood out to us was the historical background provided on the wines and the engaging explanation of the regions, beautifully supported by maps and visuals. It added depth to the tasting and made the whole experience feel very thoughtful and authentic. We also appreciated the way the wines were presented and packaged—everything felt carefully selected and professionally handled. After the tasting, we ordered several bottles to be shipped to our home, and they arrived very well-packed and in perfect condition. Kalin was incredibly responsive and helpful through WhatsApp, his communication throughout the whole process was quick, clear, and very kind. All in all, this was one of the most pleasant wine experiences we’ve had, both during the tasting and afterwards. We would definitely recommend Tempus Vini to anyone visiting Sofia who enjoys wine, or wants to start learning more about it! Thank you again, Kalin! 🍷

High quality wines, knowledgeable wine maker - The wines served in this tasting were all wonderful, I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of Bulgarian wines and had to order some to get shipped to my home to share with friends and family. The owner was extremely communicative in ensuring I received the delivery despite some hiccups with the delivery company. All wines arrived packed well and I can't wait to enjoy them!

Authentic Bulgarian Wine Tasting Experience - Due to a change in my itinerary, I had to reschedule this wine tasting twice. Surprisingly, I was the only guest on a Saturday afternoon. Kalin, the founder, hosted the tasting at his wine store. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He even included natural wines in the tasting lineup. They were excellent choices that you wouldn’t find elsewhere due to their limited availability. I highly recommend this amazing introduction to Bulgarian wine if you’re interested in learning about the country’s wine history and local grape varieties!
