Our tour promotes a rich interaction and exchange between the visitor and the local occupant — our goal is to guide our guests on an immersive journey into the heart of the favela, delving into the daily lives of its inhabitants, understanding the sundry challenges they face and the achievements they’ve made over the past 100 years since the establishment of the first Favela. This tour furthermore provides an extensive insight into the everyday life of a favela resident in Rio, where over a quarter of the population resides in Favelas.
