The activity concludes at Sao Conrado Beach, where the Parapente and Asa Delta landings occur. After the flight, video footage is recorded and promptly provided to the passengers. It is recommended to have at least 4 gigabytes of memory available on the phone. Additional memory options, such as pen drives and memory cards, are available for purchase.

- People with an average weight of 80 kg for the hang gliding modality must consult the administrator before
- People up to 120kg for paragliding, depending on the wind condition! Consult the administrator.
- Minimum age 14 years accompanied by legal guardian and documents
- notify the administrator if you have any mobility restrictions and recent surgical operations
- Depending on the physical type or level of fear of the person, the modality to be performed will be advised.

If hang gliding in Brazil... - If hang gliding in Brazil isn't on your bucket list, it needs to be—immediately. From the moment I was strapped in, nerves and all, I felt like I was about to take flight in the best way possible. As soon as we launched off the cliff, it was pure magic. The views of the ocean, the mountains, and the colorful rooftops of Rio below were breathtaking. I felt like a bird!
My instructor Nito was amazing—super chill, funny, and made me feel completely safe the entire time. He even snapped some incredible photos of me near the edge . The landing was smoother than I expected—no crash, just a graceful glide onto the sand but make sure you listen to him while landing that's were the skills come into play.
10/10 recommend if you’re in Brazil and looking for that once-in-a-lifetime adrenaline rush with a view that will have your jaw on the floor. I still can’t believe I did it—and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience with beautiful views. - My husband had a fantastic flight paragliding. It’s filmed throughout and you were also allowed to take your own camera.
Beautiful views over Rio.
Sao Conrado’s tandem flight was who we were booked with. Unfortunately we have forgotten the name of the instructor, but he was very experienced and reassuring.
There’s also a lovely place to sit with a cold drink whilst watching all of the paragliders and hang gliders come in to land. We sat for ages watching them all.

Even better than I imagined!!! - This was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. The views were stunning—like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Everywhere I looked felt like a I was in a dream. The videos came out just as I had imagined!
What made it even better was my guide, Luiz. He was so calm, professional, and friendly that I felt completely safe the entire time. I was nervous going in, but Luiz’s confidence and explanations instantly put me at ease. I could relax and take it all in, which made the experience that much more special.
I already can’t wait to go again. If you’re thinking about it—just do it. You won’t regret it!

Amazing views - This was an incredible experience. I chose paragliding because I wanted to be seated. I was super excited to do it until I got to the top and got scared lol. My guide reassured me and off we went. I’m so glad I did this 10/10. My guide Luiz was awesome and gave me a literal Birds Eye View tour and showed me popular areas and famous landmarks. Don’t let your nerves stop you from the thrill of this amazing experience.

The most amazing experience of my life! - It was the most amazing experience ever!!!!! Me and my friend felt so safe!!!! I was worried about it being to wild and filled with adrenaline. But it was perfect. So much adrenaline and joy in my stomach when we ran out of the edge of the ramp!!! And then after 2 minutes the view was just breathtaking! And we were just floating above Rio?!!! It was the perfect mix of adrenaline (also when landing, and calmness of flying). I am not over exaggerating when I am saying this was one of the most fantastic experiences I have ever had!!!!!!
My friend is scared of heights but it was no problem for her. The safety was perfect! And you are not looking straight down when you are on the ramp and it doesn’t actually feel like you are high up. And the ramp is not that long so you don’t have time to rethink your descision and get scared when you run😆
We were smiling so much for the entire day after that our cheeks were hurting!!!!
Do it!!!!!!! Life is amazing and even better from up there!
I flew with Louis and he was so amazing and had such great energy!!!!! They do everything they can to give you a great experience. We had to wait a bit for Louis cause he was busy flying with someone else and also giving them the best experience. So be prepared to wait a bit (I wish for good weather for you all!!) cause they are gonna make sure you all get the best experience!

Great paragliding experience !! ( - It would've been 5/5 if not for the lack of communication. We waited two hours without any information or update, and we needed to call 4 times and send 2 texts to have an answer. Apparently, the wind was not favorable so there was some problems flying, which is understandable and logical. When the instructor came, he said I could not hangglide since there was not enough wind for my bodytype, but that I could paraglide : it would've been nice to know that beforehand without wasting 2 hours...
However, once the instructor is here, it's very smooth sailing, Luiz is a great instructor, for paragliding there isn't much to do and he exudes confidence. The views are really amazing and the feeling of flying is nice ! Smooth landing, all in all, an experience to do once in a lifetime at least !
I think hanggliding is much more fun though so to be continued.
One advice : BRING. INSECT. REPELLENT.
I recommend.

Paragliding in Rio de Janeiro – Great Flight, But Poor Organization - I had an appointment for a paragliding excursion in Rio de Janeiro at 10 a.m. When I arrived at the location, there were two people at the front—a man and a woman. I approached the woman to check in, but unfortunately, she was quite rude. She told me I needed to take a seat about 30 feet away and wait there until my point of contact came to get me. There was no warm welcome or helpful guidance—just a dismissive attitude.
I waited... and waited. By 10:30, then 10:45, no one had come to meet me. After about 45 minutes of sitting and wondering what was going on, I went back to the front table to ask for an update. Again, the woman was rude and defensive. She claimed that the process was not part of “their system” or something along those lines, but she offered no real help or solution. Her behavior was unprofessional and made the experience stressful before it even began.
Finally, around 11 a.m., I saw someone who looked like he might be involved with the excursion. I had to approach him—he didn’t come to find me—and when I introduced myself, he confirmed my name and said, “Okay, let’s get ready.” But instead of taking me directly, he handed me off to another guy, who was another guide for my flight.
Thankfully, that second guy was great—friendly, professional, and clear about what to expect. The paragliding experience itself was incredible and definitely a highlight. I just wish the beginning had gone more smoothly and that the organization and communication were better. The whole process felt chaotic and uncoordinated.
Overall, the flight was amazing, but the experience leading up to it left a lot to be desired.
