   • A reminder message will be sent the evening prior to the tour to confirm your pickup.

3. Day of the Tour – Be Ready Early
   • Be prepared at the main lobby or entrance of your hotel or villa at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
   • For private villas or Airbnbs, wait outside the property where you can be easily seen.

4. Transport Arrival
   • The transport vehicle (usually a minivan or bus) will arrive with a friendly, uniformed driver.
   • The driver will have your name and confirm your destination to the Infinity Party Boat.
   • If uncertain, feel free to ask them to verify your name and destination.

5. Transfer to the Marina
   • The journey to the marina typically takes 15–30 minutes, depending on your location.
   • Enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride with music and friendly service.
