Beautiful sunny boat trip - Lovely day trip on the Hera II! Food provided was delicious, the pick up and drop off was super convenient although the drop off took a long time because of traffic in/around Sliema and St Julian's. Crew were friendly and helpful and everything ran like clockwork. The smallest issue was the affiliated powerboat that offered paid trips round the blue lagoon caves blasted their music over the announcement at blue lagoon meaning we didn't hear the instruction for returning to the boat and had to ask crew again before leaving the boat.

Superb schooner trip ⛵️🌊 - What a pleasure to sail along the coast, under the sun, and enjoy a magnificent view of Malta and the sea. The sun beating down on the skin and the little refreshing sea breeze. Very good organization of the crew and very professional. Impeccable service. Unlimited drink and decent cold meal. We had a great day on board. Left at 9:30 a.m., returned at 5:40 p.m. To do 👍🌊⛵️🇲🇹👍

Good price/performance ratio - We were picked up exactly on time. Embarkation took a little while. Although we were quite far back in the queue, we still found a seat. The captain's announcements were easy to understand. The female voice on tape with information was a little less so. Although we had a dream day, the sea was a little rough and rocking (paper bags were handed out :-)). It can get a little chilly towards the evening, so jackets are recommended. The food was unexpectedly good. Sandwiches in the morning, a nice buffet with a variety of dishes at lunch and melon in the afternoon. Drinks free of charge as advertised. Stay in the Blue Lagoon (including lunch) 2 3/4 hours. Boat crew very friendly and helpful. The Blue Lagoon is of course completely overcrowded with boats and tourists, but we knew that beforehand. Overall, a day to relax, as Malta's coast is about 3/4 cliffs and so you mostly only see cliffs on the tour. Don't forget sunscreen! In summary, we were positively surprised, apart from the sometimes simple and/or stupid guests.

This trip should be planned in advance - It was a very well organized trip around the island in a gulet. We found out about the trip in the port of Sliema. Raffee then gave us his number and we booked via WhatsApp and paid on the day of the trip right before departure. Everything worked perfectly. Very good value for money. Unfortunately we were without sails the whole time, which is probably the only option when there is hardly any wind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. There were 2 swimming stops - one in the northwest, the second in the Blue Lagoon. Unfortunately the Blue Lagoon is very crowded... but still worth seeing.

Definitely one to tick off your list when in Malta - Booked this tour as we'd heard the boat was lovely and the company placed a maximum number of people on board as opposed to other companies who let them pile on. Boat was indeed lovely with rubber mats placed for people to sit and sunbathe on as well as normal seating (shaded too if needed). Food served was plentiful with the morning snack and afternoon fruit much needed. Lunch of salad with meats, couscous, bread etc was good and free soft drinks throughout the trip. Music soundtrack was also pretty good. 2 stops made for swimming and Blue Lagoon was busy but a must do. A great day and a must do when in Malta. Saw some lovely sights and the radio commentary was very informative. clean toilets too.

Lovely day out. Relaxing & enjoyable - Lovely day trip on the water. Plusses and minuses: + Crew - lovely and helpful Blue skies and non stop sunshine Lunch salad was superb - wonderful variety (cold meats less so) we had a wonderful choir group (from Spain) on board. 3 of the ladies kept us entertained on deck with their beautiful singing . We named them The Golden Girls - not much shade (and it was 31 degrees!) felt overcrowded even though not at full capacity the 'beer' included with the lunch was only Carling (yuk) the preferred local beer Cisk, was €4. Figure that one out! the sound system wasn't great so much of the commentary en route was difficult to hear Camino/Blue Lagoon was very crowded so we opted to stay on the boat and just swim off the side of that. I probably wouldn't do this one again - lots of time at sea, for very little time on land, but it was a lovely day out. Relaxing & enjoyable.

The excursion to do in Malta - Punctual departure from Sliema port. There are several places to sit and lie down on special mattresses, both in the shade and in the sun (mostly). Mid-morning they bring a snack (ftira), which is very pleasant. Always present open bar of water and drinks. First stop of about 45 minutes after 3 hours of navigation in Fomm ir-Rih, beautiful water. Varied and more than decent lunch, with beer and/or wine. After that, we go to the Blu Lagoon, where we stop for a couple of hours, so you have plenty of time to explore the area, which is very much worth it, despite being very crowded in August. The return to Sliema takes about an hour and a half. Very friendly and helpful staff, waste bins in different parts of the boat and good cleanliness throughout. There is a very interesting English language commentary throughout the tour. A more than positive experience, recommended and undoubtedly worth the price

Not very good experience - Not so nice experience. Left the hotel at 8h to finally come back at hotel to pickup missed people... Shuttle was overbooked, waited 45 min before to left the hotel with shuttle. After 1h transfer, operator asking us to take a seat in the boat. 15min later, we have, all 6, to exit the boat for admin paper... A joke, no!!! At our come back, no more place, we were not able sit together... Shame. Drink supposed to be fully included, but at 2nd glasses of apple juice, my wife got the comment from Barman : "you are here to swim, not to drink" Serious??? Boat was supposed to start the cruise at 9h30, we left the port one hour late at 10h30... As we were in late, no stop in white cliffs, no stop at Marsaxlokk Fishing Village, no stop at Blue Grotto. 1st stop was for lunch at 13h, 350m far from the coast, nothing to see. The 2nd stop was for comino blue lagoon, but very difficult to swim, too much people and boat around. Our neighbors got bad experience with jellyfish stings... Bad and too expensive experience for our family, never again.
