Monastery of St. John - Navigate through a maze of atmospheric lanes leading to the Monastery of St. John the Theologian, established in the 11th century. Here, you can experience monastic life and delve into history through the museum’s magnificent ecclesiastical artifacts. The Monastery’s treasures include frescoes of founder Christodoulos, miracles of St. John, ancient documents from the 6th century, vestments, silverware, and numerous icons, including a piece attributed to El Greco.
