- Ursa Beach - Are your eyes craving for a new source of inspiration? We have a beach view we are SHORE you’ll remember forever. We will give you a ride on a Portuguese convertible Jeep but you’ll also get to feel the ground beneath your feet as its swept away by Sintra’s unique monuments and sights. As soon as we reach the coastline, you’ll find yourself in the westernmost point of Europe - the amazing cliff of Cabo da Roca - and our true journey will begin. Our hike will take around 30 minutes going down and another 30 coming back from the secret Ursa Beach. There we will have the chance to appreciate a stunning Sunset on the Atlantic Coast - where the Sun meets the Ocean - for around one hour and a half but you’ll feel time fly by as you breathe in the sea breeze, taste some delicious typical Portuguese Tapas, enjoy a few glasses of wine and listen to some great tunes. To finish it all, we will cruise down the coast at Golden Hour and visit the famous fishermen village of Cascais. A combo of hidden gems that go along perfectly with the most beautiful sunset that Portugal has to offer. It’s our most popular hiking experience and at the end you’ll feel like a rock star - hangover not included ;)

Awesome guide and trip - Without a doubt, this was the best day of our entire 10 day trip. The hike was invigorating, the beach and rocks gorgeous. But, it was our guide was Bruno, who made it amazing! He was very personable, fun and we laughed a lot! He made us feel comfortable in the jeep as well as on the trail. He pointed out thi ngs to see and gave great advice. He even helped us get back to our hotel at the end. You will love this experience!

Great experience! - Our sunset hike ended up being rained out but Flamingo made it so easy for us to adjust our plans. We ended up doing the Sintra Jeep safari and had an absolute blast. Our guide Bruno was so much fun to spend the day with.

Great, varied day out. - Fantastic day out with Gui. Weather wasn’t great for views but we had fun in the jeep, on the hike and enjoying tapas on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Don’t miss this experience - Very cool experience! Our guide, Caleb, was great and a lot of fun. The beach you hike to is amazing, very well worth it. The food and wine was very nice as well.

Best time in Portugal so far! - A friend and I had taken this tour after our hostel’s tour was cancelled and all I can say is that I’m so happy we did. We had the best time in Portugal yet. Bruno was exceptional! He consistently checked in with us and gave us historical context along the way. The hike was a blast and we shared a lot of laughs. Would absolutely recommend and even take the tour again!

Looking for something better than waiting hours in line to fight through crowds of tourists? BOOK THIS EXCURSION - Ruben was AMAZING! Didn’t feel like the average tour guide experience at all. The information he shared didn’t sound like a script, and we had such an authentic and lax experience while taking in all of the amazing views. The hike back up from the beach hit a little different after the wine so definitely keep that in mind if you don’t drink too often like us, it was doable but we stopped a couple times 🤣 the off-roading in the jeep was exhilarating, a great chance to breathe some fresh air compared to the air quality in Lisbon. The tapas were amazing and all locally produced! Just an all around amazing experience and DEFINITELY worth it if you’re tired of waiting in long lines and shuffling everywhere with crowds through the other places of interest in Sintra

Fun but scary and physically challenging - The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I had a great time. However the trip isn’t for everyone and the description needs to be
More accurate the ride in the back of a jeep on steep crooked unpaved roads could be seen as scary or an adventure depending on your tastes. Like wise the hike is a steep exhausting rock scramble that won’t be for everyone. All in all I’m glad I had the adventure and the views but
I would have appreciated a heads up as to what to expect.

Amazing trip and amazing tour guide Ricardo - We did the sunset tour and it was amazing!! Our guide Ricardo was so knowledgeable and so kind - I could not recommend anyone more. He even surprised us with local pastries to try at the end of our trip. I would highly highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to do something a little bit different while in lisbon or nearby. The views we saw were incredible and it was seriously one of the best days we’ve had on our trip so far. The beach was also magnificent and definitely not something we’d ever get to explore on our own. Definitely request Ricardo if you go!

Save your money! - I recently booked this tour on my last night in Lisbon. I was really excited for the hike and to see the beautiful sites in Sintra. Our tour was in a “vintage” aka unsafe jeep that had bars above our heads. There were no seat belts in the back which felt really unsafe as our driver was speeding along the drive. Sadly we wizzed by Sintra and I wasn’t even able to appreciate its’ beauty. Unfortunately it started to rain so our guide decided to switch up our itinerary because it wasn’t safe to hike on the slippery rocks. If you’re interested in seeing cool palaces in Sintra, do not book this tour. It’s perfect for those seeking a thrill seeking jeep ride with beautiful views.
