Super fun way to see Sintra and surroundings - A truly fun and wonderful morning with Diogo. He met us at the Sintra train station since you can't miss the lime green 1979 Renault. Some of the roads were closed because of the massive recent storm but he found a way to show us the best parts of town. He's a trained archaeologist so his commentary had a lot of depth. We then went to a few other places like Cabo da Roca (Western most point of Europe) and a village that locals say is (almost) the Santorini of Portugal. The Atlantic is at its feisty best here at the beach we visited. Great sights and Diogo makes it fun in his cozy green car. Awesome way to see a UNESCO heritage site!

Amazing Day!!! - We had an amazing day! Manuel was very helpful and considerate! He was extremely knowledgable about the area, which made the tour extra special! He was very accommodating because one of us had mobility issues & guided the tour accordingly! We enjoyed spending our day with him and would highly recommend him.

Unforgettable tour - We loved the walk in Sintra of 4 L. The guide who guided us was Mr. Diogo... very kind and enlightening... led us to spectacular places. Whoever wants to take a tour of Sintra contact this guide....we could not have been better guided... we noticed those who speak very well English, French and Spanish. I already recommended to friends...

Amazing tour in an amazing little car - Fantastic tour thanks to Minel and his classic car which made the experience fun. He was super easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable of the area of Sintra and its surrounding areas, the trip wasn’t rushed at all and we had time to stop for coffee and pastries. We haven’t been to the area of Sintra before but feel we have learnt about the history of the palaces, coastline and the people who live there. We would highly recommend this tour, it’s ran by 2 local men who want to keep the authenticity of the trip and not taken with guides that have no knowledge or little knowledge. .

Not just a city tour, but also a cultural tour! - It was truly an amazing tour! Diogo not only provides the most refined information about Sintra but also shows you every place you’d wish to see. He answered all my questions—and even more patiently and joyfully, all the questions from my 9-year-old son! I wish we could explore Lisbon and many other places with Diogo as well. His spot-on recommendations about the city were also very helpful. If you want more than just a classic tour and wish to understand the spirit of Sintra while learning about its history, this tour is definitely the one to choose!

Manuel was an amazing... - Manuel was an amazing tour guide who showed us the beauty of Sintra and shared in-depth & fascinating knowledge on everything Sintra has to offer. It’s a truly special tour where he shared about the unique history and climate of this beautiful region. Communication & arrangements were very clear & friendly, and we were able to take the journey out to Cabo de Roca (the westernmost point of continental Europe) with ease. All in all, this was a fantastic & very accommodating tour which makes for a wonderful day trip in a truly special part of the world.
