Miguel is the Best! - My family and I took a private day trip from Lisbon to Sintra, Cabo de Roca, Cascáis and a few other notable places. Our guide, Miguel, was fantastic. He knew so much about Portuguese history, cuisine and culture and was able to communicate everything in a very clear and interesting way. The tour was relatively customizable and we were able to choose which palace to visit in Sintra, as well as visit an abandoned convent on a hilltop (which had spectacular views of the Portuguese shoreline). Miguel knew when to guide us, and when to hang back and allow us to explore on our own. We appreciated the guidance, but also the relative freedom afforded throughout the tour. Thank you to Miguel for starting our trip off with a bang!

Great tour - We had an excellent tour. Our guide, Pedro M. , was very knowledgeable and gave us historical insights not available in our guide books. He was super friendly and courteous . Would highly recommend.

Great day out of Lisbon - Pedro M was an amazing guide and kept us entertained with interesting facts the entire trip. I highly recommend him as a tour guide. A great day with Carlos! - We had a private day trip with our driver and guide Carlos. He made sure that we saw and experienced as much as possible. His knowledge of the country's history and his ability to bring the stories to life was amazing! We timed all of the entrances into the palaces perfectly! We barely had to wait at all. Not once did we feel rushed. He really made us feel special and took good care of us.

Amazing tour west of Lisbon - We took a fantastic tour with Pedro M, a superior guide with expert knowledge of Portugal's history, politics and culture, and a wealth of worldly knowledge to both impress and engage the passengers.
We visited the charming town of Cascais, Cabo da Roca (the westernmost point of continental Europe), the mountain village of Sintra, and finally Pena Palace, originally a monastery, and then the refuge of a succession of Portuguese monarchs with a flair for 19th century romanticism. Pedro's narrative transported us to a fairytale world.
This tour will be the highlight of your vaycay, pinky-swear.

Amazing Tour - Wonderful tour with Pedro M. We loved the tour of Biester Palace, it was great to get away from the crowds.
Pedro’s English was excellent and he made the tour so interesting with all he knew about what we were seeing and sharing the history of Portugal with us.
