Centro Historico de Sintra - Enjoy the wonders of this beautiful medieval little town, walking the narrow streets, feel the local atmosphere and then grab a coffee and try local pastry “Travesseiro”.
You might also want to visit the National Palace of Sintra, one of the most important palaces during middle age. Several monarchs used it until the end of the Monarchy, in 1910. You will “feel” the many generations which lived in this amazing monument, particularly during the discoveries where it was where significant decisions were made to discover Africa, Brazil and sea route to India.
It presents characteristics of medieval, Gothic, Manueline, Renaissance and Romantic architecture. It has the largest collection of Mudejar tiles in Portugal.

Guincho Beach - Breathtaking views at Guincho beach, with privileged view over the westernmost point of continental Europe. After your Sintra’s visit, you will stop here to take pictures and relax.

Mosteiro dos Jeronimos - The Jeronimos monastery construction started in 1501 and took almost 100 years to be built. It is an amazing example of Portuguese late gothic - manueline architecture. Being a symbol of the Portuguese discoveries of the 16th century, and particularly the arrival of Vasco da Gama to India, it was the prayer site of departure point to the amazing adventures across the Atlantic. Belém Tower - Belém tower is one of the most important symbols of the discoveries of the 15th and 16th centuries in Europe. An impressive manueline fortification, with over 500 years old. Served as a point of embarkation and disembarkation for Portuguese explorers and as a ceremonial gateway to Lisbon.

Arco do Triunfo - Rua Augusta Arch is a memorial arch-like, historical building at Praça do Comércio, representing a door to Lisbon, and commemorating the city’s reconstruction after the 1755 earthquake. This was the place of several relevant historical moments. We will stop for a quick overview and continue to our last stop.

We will end up with the highlights of Lisbon. Learn about history, enjoy the old medieval streets, taste the local pastry and go for great pictures by the sea.
