Great adventure! - Had a wonderful time. My driver Lisa picked me up at 8 am and brought me to the water fall jumps. I did the 5m, 10m, and 15m and there was also a water slide. Lisa then brought me to swings with a great view, and he was very attentive throughout.

Great trip for fun.and adventure! Kids age +12 - Great tour! Exciting jumps and slids! beautiful waterfalls! Kadek Gun is a very. good drivers and nice person who talks very good English. At the waterfall you get a guide to guide you trough your jumps of 5, 10 or 15 meter and your slides. My kids age 13 and 15 jumped everything, i only did the 5 meter and the glides and you can watch al of the jumps or go without jumping into the water. Afterwards to a foto location were the Bali guys take great pics from you on a swing or other things. Nice lunchspot nearby. We had a great day!!

Exceeded Our Expectations & We Are So Gald - Have had a fantastic service from Wayan and Made from start to the end of the whole entire trip starting 8am to 10pm. Their selfless offering and suggestions for newbies like us was so heartwarming. Ensuring us not to miss all the important spots and not to mention including helping us on some Intuitive requests. From the Waterfalls to Jungle Swings and the exciting fun of 2 hours ATV ride over many different types of terrain, they were so full of smiles and loads of patience in almost everything.

Very good - Everything was very good especially the tour guide Kardy that was bringing us around! I enjoyed the trip and the scenery was fantastic!

Disappointing Experience, Troublesome Response - Extremely disappointing experience. For a premium service advertised as a private tour, this tour fell short across the board. The tour started when our driver arrived, and the first thing he said to us was “Where are we going?” Being in a foreign country with limited cell service, it did not instill confidence that our “tour guide” did not know the first thing about our tour. I turned my data on and located the trip advisor agenda, and instructed him that the first stop was the waterfalls. He drove extremely slow, and stopped several times to get his bearings. The drive took nearly 3 hours, despite the fact that it should have only taken 2 according to GPS. Once at the waterfall stop, he took us to the counter where the options were explained and looked at us to pay for the excursion. I explained to him (communication with the driver was difficult as he spoke very limited English, but I understand this is the nature of travel), that this was listed to us as included. He told us to have a seat while he figured it out. He spent over 1.5 hours on the phone (while we were sitting in the heat without water), until he finally realized that we were correct and sent us to the waterfalls. This was a good activity, but felt rushed given our delayed timeline. When we finished at the waterfall, he once again asked us what was next, to which I referenced the agenda which showed three more stops. He took us to one (Hidden Hills), and was ready for us to leave after 5 minutes. I asked him about the next stop, to which he pointed to the title of the tour, and said we had done waterfalls and hidden hills, so we were done. He drove us back in silence and stopped several times to get cash at an ATM, to get gas, and to get a snack. We arrived back at our hotel at 3:30pm (meaning the event lasted 7.5 hours, less than the 8-10 hours advertised despite the numerous hours of our time wasted). Overall, this activity fell short in that all of the advertised activities were not done and it was thoroughly disorganized. To me, it felt like it was our drivers first day on the job — so I do feel partially bad for the situation he was put in without any preparation or foresight from his boss. I also think the driver had extremely limited experience on Bali’s roads, and driving with him was incredibly harrowing and he consistently drove at dangerously slow speeds. This bad experience is surprising, as we had noted the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this tour prior to booking. This certainly seems to be an outlier. With that in mind, I requested a refund with the vendor in order to compensate for an outlier. If they believe that this poor experience was an outlier case and stand by the quality of their service otherwise, I would have expected that they would accept this refund request and apologize for our poor experience. Rather, they rejected our request, which makes me question their credibility and practices with other customers. Now, TripAdvisor is placing the burden on me — a customer of theirs who was trying to enjoy their vacation — to come up with documentation (pictures, letters, videos, and texts) to PROVE that the events I described above occurred before they escalate my refund request. If you value your time, energy, and money, choose a different vendor to experience Bali on your short vacation and save yourself from this experience.
