The temple is dedicated to Tua Pek Kong. The Poh San Teng Temple was established in 1795 during the Dutch Malacca era by Chinese Kapitan Chua Su Cheong.
- Red Square (Dutch Square) - The Dutch Square is Melaka’s most famous landmark, situated in the historic district of Bandar Hilir. The square is also known as Red Square due to the red-painted buildings surrounding it. The most notable of these buildings is the City Hall, also called Stadthuys. The red buildings were constructed during the 17th and 18th centuries, showcasing the distinctive features of Dutch architecture from that period. Each building features large windows and decorative wrought iron details. A blend of British and Portuguese architecture is reflected in the Tan Ben Swee Clock Tower. The tower was opened to the public on 18 April 2008 and officiated by then Chief Minister of Malacca, Mohd Ali Rustam on 17 May 2008. Its design was inspired by the legendary keris belonging to Hang Tuah. The tower offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Malacca City and beyond, accommodating 80 people per viewing session, which lasts about 7 minutes.
