- Singapore - Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Singapore.
A professional driver will greet you at the hotel entrance to verify your documents before guiding you through immigration via the drive-through border, eliminating the need to stand in line.
Once immigration is cleared, an English-speaking guide will ensure your comfort in an air-conditioned vehicle for a 4-hour drive to Malacca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was once the nation’s busiest trading port.
- Melaka River Cruise Jeti Taman Rempah - Upon reaching Malacca, embark on a picturesque river cruise that takes you into the heart of UNESCO Malacca. The 10-kilometer Malacca River, once known as the “Venice of the East” by European sailors, was a key entry port for traders from Europe and Asia in the late 16th century.
Note: If the river cruise is unavailable (due to weather or safety concerns), a 30-minute Melaka Riverside drive and a 15-minute Melaka Trishaw ride will be provided as an alternative.
- St. Francis Xavier Church - During the river cruise, view the twin-spired neo-gothic structure built in 1849 to honor St. Francis Xavier, a notable 16th-century Catholic missionary known as the “Apostle of the East.”
- Red Square (Dutch Square) - Next, visit Dutch Square, characterized by a collection of bright, terracotta-red colonial Dutch buildings constructed between 1650 and 1750, featuring louvered windows and robust doors with wrought iron hinges.
- Christ Church - Built by the Dutch in 1753 as a place of worship, Christ Church was later converted into an Anglican church by the British, who added a weathercock and bell to indicate wind direction.

- St. Paul’s Hill & Church (Bukit St. Paul) - Atop St. Paul’s Hill stands the iconic statue of St. Francis Xavier beside the renowned St. Paul’s Church. The church, originally built in 1521, features engraved Dutch tombstones along its walls. Enjoy stunning views of the Straits Of Malacca from here.
- Straits of Malacca - From a strategic viewpoint, admire the Straits Of Malacca, an 800km-long waterway connecting the Pacific Ocean to the east with the Indian Ocean to the west. It is a vital shipping lane, with over 94,000 vessels passing through annually, carrying about 25% of the world’s traded goods.
- British Graveyard - A short descent from St. Paul’s Church leads to the overgrown remains of the Dutch Graveyard, initially used in the late 17th century by the VOC (Dutch East India Company) and later by the British during their occupation of Malacca.
- A Famosa Fort - Descending from the Dutch graveyard, arrive at A Famosa Fort, the oldest surviving structure in Southeast Asia. Built in 1511 with laterite stones by Alfonso de Albuquerque, who led the Portuguese invasion of Malacca, the fort once encircled St. Paul’s Hill. Today, only a gate remains.
- Malacca Sultanate Palace - From A Famosa Fort, enjoy a view of a replica of the old Malacca Sultanate Palace, a modern reconstruction of the palace founded by King Parameswara in the 1400s.
- Proclamation of Independence Memorial - From A Famosa Fort, view the Proclamation Of Independence Memorial, formerly the Malacca Club, a social hub for British colonial society. It was converted into a memorial in 1985 to celebrate Malaysia’s independence from British rule.
- Middleburg Bastion - A short walk from A Famosa Fort reveals a replica of the old Middleburg Bastion. After capturing Malacca in 1641, the Dutch built the bastion at the mouth of the Malacca River to bolster the city’s defenses left by the Portuguese.
- Flora de la Mar Maritime Museum - Flora De La Mar, meaning Flower Of The Sea, is located near the Malacca River’s mouth. It features a replica of the Portuguese ship that sank off Malacca’s coast in late 1511, carrying treasures back to Portugal.
- Hang Jebat Mausoleum - A brief walk from Flora De La Mar leads to Hang Jebat Mausoleum, dedicated to a warrior who fell due to misplaced loyalty and tragic events. Hang Jebat was one of Malacca’s legendary warriors in the 15th century.
- Jonker Street - Visit Jonker Street, lined with souvenir and snack shops, offering a variety of options to purchase mementos of your Malacca tour.

- Genting Plantation Berhad @Johor - After exploring Malacca, return to your air-conditioned vehicle for the journey back to the Singapore border.
