• BatamFast Ferry Pte Ltd - Self check-in at the BatamFast ferry counter, located in lobby C on the second floor of 50/51 Harbourfront Center.
• Batam Center - After approximately an hour on the ferry, you will arrive at Batam Center Port. (Visa-on-arrival may be required for non-ASEAN passport holders.)

Once immigration checks are completed, your tour guide will meet you in the arrival hall and escort you to the tour.
